The accommodations was good, we were given the keys to (Sierra deluxe) caravan which was an upgrade to the one we purchased (Stonewood 4). It has an extra bathroom and an extra bedroom which came in very handy.The caravan itself was in good condition. The one issue we had was that the lock on the bathroom door that had a shower inside was broken, which we reported, unfortunately it was not fixed while we were there.Everything else in the caravan was ok.

Lovely caravan, immaculate on arrival, all freshly cleaned and aired. Duvets linen pressed. Lovely touch of starter cleaning pack including washing up liquid and tea towel, sponge etc. Plus tea bags and coffee, enough to keep you going until you shopped.

I think the Deluxe Stonewood 4 caravan had been “discontinued “ as it was not on the Searles website, they only had a Stonewood 5. The actual caravan we were given was called a Sierra! Which was one we could have booked so we were not disappointed as the Sierra I feel was a better caravan so feel like we had been upgraded which was lovely. The Caravan was clean and well kept and had laminated floor in the living area which was so much better to keep clean than carpet. It was a superb caravan.

Good size and well laid out. Could fit a travel cot in the single bedroom. Really clean! decking didn’t get much sun unfortunately, so struggled to dry towels etc.Kitchen was very basic

Holiday rental was clean lots of facilities and enjoyed the decking.We had daily duck visits and even saw some monkjacks

Excellent site highly recommend this holiday site ,well run ,very clean ,excellent facilities.

Very clean and everything you need hot tub was lovely very nice and relaxing space to enjoy and unwind hot tub checked twice a day.

A good size and well located on site. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us and was good to have two bathrooms. Well equipped and clean. Added bonus of ducks who often came to say hello on the decking!

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was spotless apart from a few missed handprints on the window, which was minor. The mattress was a bit lumpy, but a rug underneath the sheet sorted it out. We did find it odd there was no free WIFI though!

Comfortable, well-equipped, great location

We expected the caravan to be smaller than others we've stayed in before, but honestly, there’s plenty of storage and it never felt cramped with four of us. We’ve paid less on sites in the past, but with the pandemic and everyone choosing staycations, the price felt pretty fair. Overall, we had a good experience and would come again!

The place was really comfy and had all we needed for a nice holiday. Still felt br and new and the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of everything! Great spot.

The van was spotless and modern, with good heating, plus a lovely sunny balcony. Bathroom was small but decent for the price and the bed was super comfy.

We really enjoyed the stay, the location is lovely and the staff everywhere were so friendly, polite and always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was the Deluxe Sierra 6, which could have been a bit cleaner. We found some dry fruit, crisps and a piece of jewellery left behind by previous guests, but we handed it into reception. Overall, a good experience!

Overall, we’re quite happy with the place. Just a bit disappointed that the bin lid was dirty when we arrived and the bathroom edges could do with a scrub.

Great stay, highly recommend

From the second we arrived, we felt at ease. Everything we needed was right there inside the caravan or just outside. Norfolk has plenty to offer, especially if you don’t mind a bit of driving. For us, it was all about unwinding and relaxing on the beach, watching the world go by. Lovely stay!

The place was spotless, which we really appreciated. However, some updates are definitely needed-door lock was awkward and toilet seat was broken. Still, very clean!

Really enjoyed our stay

Came here mon-fri. Staff were welcoming throughout stay. Had a couple of minor issus they were dealt with promptly. Would recommend only thing is can't get in till 5 and out by 9.30. Also can't get on actual site till 2. Think should be able to be on site earlier.

Fantastic site, facilities, accommodation, staff. No complaints whatsoever.

The park is clean and well kept the caravan’s are very close together.not far to walk to sea front and Hunstanton.

We have enjoyed coming to you for years with our own children and this year we enjoyed it with our granddaughter thank you. Only issue we had was the late check in I understand the is more care needs to be taken with cleaning now but when you know your accommodation is ready and your just hanging around it becomes frustrating and not the best way to start your holiday.

great accommodation and site

Fantastic resort and excellent location right by the beach, fair and shops. We have a toddler and baby twins and there was so much for them to do. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the pool staff. Caravan clean and spacious. The only downside was the splash pool was closed for 2 of the days of our stay due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. Nobodies fault but it was our young sons favourite activity.

I was on holiday with my elderly Mum and adult niece who has down syndrome. The Lodge was very quiet and private and spacious. The resort staff were very kind and helpful. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the outside pool which is lovely. We did find the food was a little basic and costly but went into Heacham and had a lovely meal. We have been before in a caravan and will return but only in a lodge as it was so open and airy.
