Comfortable, well-equipped, great location

The van was spotless and modern, with good heating, plus a lovely sunny balcony. Bathroom was small but decent for the price and the bed was super comfy.

Really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was modern, super tidy and cleverly designed for comfort and space.

Not quite what we hoped

The caravan was tiny and really not suitable for five people. It was clean but poorly maintained. The site was lovely, though, with good amenities.

We really enjoyed the van; the lounge was comfy and spacious and the bedroom bed was super cosy. The kitchen was alright, though we think a round dining table would’ve made it better. Still, overall, a nice stay!

Really happy with the service

We stayed at this caravan site recently and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the town centre and the beach, which was ideal for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to watch out for if you have kids - the tables have quite sharp edges and my son did bump his chin on one, which split open. Luckily, the first aider was lovely and took care of him. Thanks to the kind lady who helped him out!

We really appreciated the layout and how well-equipped the place was with electricals and heating. The patio with chairs was a lovely touch for relaxing outside. That said, it would’ve been perfect if there were more baking trays and a shelf or cabinet in the shower room-having to go back and forth to the toilet to store gels and shampoos was a bit of a faff. We also found the hanging space a little limited.

We really enjoyed our four nights here. The holiday park was lovely and relaxed. Can't wait to return once restrictions ease. The deer safari in Snettisham is a must!

We really enjoyed our stay; the place was modern and spotless, which we loved. The only hiccup was the shower temperature-either freezing or blazing hot, which was a bit frustrating. Still, we'd return!

Relaxing trip, would definitely do again

Came here mon-fri. Staff were welcoming throughout stay. Had a couple of minor issus they were dealt with promptly. Would recommend only thing is can't get in till 5 and out by 9.30. Also can't get on actual site till 2. Think should be able to be on site earlier.

The park is clean and well kept the caravan’s are very close together.not far to walk to sea front and Hunstanton.

We have enjoyed coming to you for years with our own children and this year we enjoyed it with our granddaughter thank you. Only issue we had was the late check in I understand the is more care needs to be taken with cleaning now but when you know your accommodation is ready and your just hanging around it becomes frustrating and not the best way to start your holiday.

great accommodation and site

Fantastic resort and excellent location right by the beach, fair and shops. We have a toddler and baby twins and there was so much for them to do. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the pool staff. Caravan clean and spacious. The only downside was the splash pool was closed for 2 of the days of our stay due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. Nobodies fault but it was our young sons favourite activity.

I was on holiday with my elderly Mum and adult niece who has down syndrome. The Lodge was very quiet and private and spacious. The resort staff were very kind and helpful. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the outside pool which is lovely. We did find the food was a little basic and costly but went into Heacham and had a lovely meal. We have been before in a caravan and will return but only in a lodge as it was so open and airy.
