Had a lovely stay in a two-bedroom gold caravan. It was spotless and super comfy, perfect for a couple. The scenery was breathtaking and the park was well-kept. We’ll return!

The caravan wasn’t very clean, especially the blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. We expected better. It was quite disappointing to see how neglected it looked, particularly in those areas. Overall, not up to standard.

We stayed in a caravan that was pretty much spotless and fully equipped, which was great since it's tricky to find good ones sometimes. Being the first guests of 2025 meant everything was in tip-top shape, really impressed us!

The caravan was really comfy and had everything we needed. Only thing is, the bed wasn’t made up when we arrived, so we had to sort out the sheets and pillowcases ourselves. Not a big deal though!

Quite frankly, it was a nightmare!

The fridge leaks water everywhere and the toilet seat feels loose. The heated towel rail in the bathroom isn’t working at all. The shower’s dangerously slippery, so we’re too scared to use it!

We found the storage in the caravan to be quite generous, which was great. However, the overall cleanliness and comfort left a lot to be desired. The beds were truly the worst we've slept on, so we ended up on the sofa instead. Plus, there were no lamps in the living area, just harsh big lights. Odd choice!

While the caravan looked tidy on the surface, we were disappointed to find dust and dirt underneath the sofa where my husband dropped something. Also, there was a random dummy nearby, which was quite surprising. Not the cleanest experience overall.

Great spot for family fun

We stayed here recently and found the floors could have been cleaner and the bed was a little too firm for our liking. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was nice. Windows and mirrors could use a wipe, but overall, not too bad!

Honestly, the caravan was pretty disappointing. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages-dusty, cobwebs everywhere and the carpets stained. Under the beds was just rubbish and dirty socks. Not great at all.

The place was really nice overall, especially the dishwasher! The only downside was the breakfast - those Richmond sausages were frozen, so we skipped it. Still, thumbs up!

The caravan was lovely overall, but the cooker was a bit frustrating. One hob ring didn't work and the grill was out of action. Still, we had a decent stay!

The lounge area in the caravan was surprisingly spacious, which was great. However, the bathroom was quite cramped and the doors to the bathroom and bedrooms open into each other, making it feel quite confined. Designers really should rethink the layout.

We stayed in a bronze caravan and honestly, we were blown away by how spotless and cosy it was. The view was stunning - watched sunsets every evening. Seven nights for a bargain price! We really didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back soon!

The chalet was spotless and perfectly situated with stunning coastal views, all in a peaceful park. The mezzanine bed was quirky but unused and the pull-down double was super comfy.

We absolutely loved The Hideout! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea and Little Hanger - perfect for a refreshing walk if you're up for a bit of a challenge. Inside, it’s super modern and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen. The egg chair was such a cosy touch, ideal for relaxing with a cuppa or a glass of vino. The mattress was really comfy and the blackout curtains meant a good night's sleep. Will definitely be back!

Honestly, we weren’t impressed. The toilets at reception were extremely dirty, which was quite off-putting. Sitting outside with plastic cups for wine seemed a bit pointless when you could just walk away with breakable bottles. It’s definitely more suited for parties and loud groups.

Really enjoyed our stay! The chalet was cosy, well-equipped and the view simply stunning. Will come back!

We stayed in caravan 57 and loved the stunning view, even if the place felt a bit old-fashioned, probably because we brought our two dogs. The weather was perfect and there’s plenty to explore nearby. Only the steps could be a bit more stable, though!

Lovely park, excellent location. Only fault i have is that the back of the sofas need to be cleaned a bit better as there was an empty crisppacket and bits of food

Beautiful location, fab caravan exceptionally clean. Only negative comments are more seating required around pool & few more amusement machines for children. In you sister site there were far more amusements for children.

Stunning views, clean and comfortable accommodation. The pool was warm, food and drinks on site were reasonably priced.

Perfect place for holiday. Perfect staff.

We had a lovely holiday. Staff was great. Accommodation was really clean, new and modern. Kids loved the pool and park. The bar/restaurant are really handy and food is tasty too. Would definitely return

Beautiful location , caravan clean and modern and only a short walk from the beach, mermaid cove and 10 mins to Combe Martin beach and town . Obviously a lot of hills but that’s Devon . Will definitely come back to this site
