Amazing caravan the best we've ever stayed in loved the extras like tea towe,l washing up liquid, coffee pods and tea bags .

Great site well kept

Lodge was OK a little tired maybe and the terrace should of been made secure enough to keep a dog in.

Great value for money and you can pay bit at a time so it's more affordable not to have to pay one lump sum.

Fab short break - highly recommend

Last minute holiday as we were planning to go abroad but because of circumstances decided to stay in this country.

Dirty bowls in the cupboard! And no shower mat provided z apart from that the caravan was lovely.

Great Holiday, reception was very helpful, my car was grounding underneath when trying to park next to the caravan, they was going to move us but was easier for me to park opposite after we had unloaded the car. Also lost pass nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you!

Brilliant location lovely park with great views

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The van had two full bathrooms with parking right outside. Very convenient and a great service.

A rather expensive weekend .Not being able to get in to accommodation until 16.00hrs and then leaving by 9.30 on the Monday !!!
My only disappointment.

only stayed for weekend, Fri to Monday, caravan was a new one, and very fresh and clean and mattresses were amazing compared to other caravans we've stayed in, but by golly do you pay for it! and would expect a week for the price I paid for weekend.. other than the price, its a lovely camp site.

Really lovely caravan better than expected,our only criticism is for a 5 star site no welcome pack. That would have made it excellent, we loved it anyway just a small thing but they make a big difference.

After yet another great holiday, happy to give Waterside the thumbs up. We have returned to this facility time and time again, as we always feel we have a good time. True to say, there were no surprises, just a great place to holiday and always everything was to our liking.

We’ve just come back from a week at Waterside and we were sad to leave. Would definitely recommend staying here. The site was very clean, the facilities were great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. We loved the pools and the evening entertainment. We hired kayaks and paddle boards from the site, it was so much fun. We’ve already booked to go back, can’t wait !!
