Amazing caravan and lovely to have WiFi and a dishwasher

Lovely bright modern and very comfortable accommodation loved our stay there !!Shower was really good which is important for me as I suffer from health problems and a good easy to use shower is a must for me as I!!Also very comfortable sofa and bed which is equally important too !!

Great hot tub and great location too.

Sadly this holiday didn’t work for us. Pool was over crowded, Caravan had broken items. Noisy neighbours and Fun fair, has rough staff, that spit, swear and vape.. all in all sadly not for us. We can’t come back.

Amazing holiday park! Beautiful location! Very friendly and helpful staff! We were extremely impressed! Our caravan was great too, perfect for me and my husband and the 2 dogs! The dogs even got a little goodie box which was amazing! We will definitely be returning :)

We had an amazing stay at the cottage! The setting was so peaceful, surrounded by stunning farml and - it was perfect for unwinding. Seeing the horses was a lovely bonus. The owners were super friendly and made sure we had everything. Honestly, we’d recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet escape!

We had a really lovely stay! Sharon and Robert were such welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home from the start. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy and perfect for our dog Archie - he loved it too! The location was just right, with loads of nice walks nearby and charming villages like Thaxted to explore. Honestly, we left feeling totally recharged. It was a much-needed relaxing break!

We stayed at this lovely cottage and loved how peaceful it was, away from the busy crowds. The hot tub was a real treat and the owners were just right-friendly but not overbearing. Perfect spot for us!

We stayed at this place during a rainy December and it was just perfect for us. The house is super well equipped and it was lovely and warm, which was a relief. The bath was definitely a highlight, along with the big shower. The location’s great for dogs, especially those scared of fireworks, since it’s pretty remote. Honestly, we’d come back again! We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is stunning and incredibly private, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle. The owners are genuinely friendly and always ready to help without intruding. The hot tub was a real highlight after a day out cycling-it really made our trip special. One thing to note is that the cottage is quite close to Stansted's flight path, so there’s quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didn’t bother us much once we got used to it, but it might be a concern if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, a fantastic place!

We just got back from a four-night stay at this cosy cottage and honestly, it was lovely. The owners are really friendly but not intrusive, which we appreciated. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog to run around safely. The place had everything we needed, including a great BBQ and an amazing hot tub! Beautiful caravan very clean and comfortable had everything i needed including dishwasher, especially liked the layout of the caravan having bedrooms at both ends to enable more privacy with 2 spacious shower rooms.

Parking was convenient right outside and the location is perfect for exploring Thaxted’s beautiful half-timbered houses and windmill. Definitely recommended!

Really lovely caravan better than expected,our only criticism is for a 5 star site no welcome pack. That would have made it excellent, we loved it anyway just a small thing but they make a big difference.

After yet another great holiday, happy to give Waterside the thumbs up. We have returned to this facility time and time again, as we always feel we have a good time. True to say, there were no surprises, just a great place to holiday and always everything was to our liking.

We’ve just come back from a week at Waterside and we were sad to leave. Would definitely recommend staying here. The site was very clean, the facilities were great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. We loved the pools and the evening entertainment. We hired kayaks and paddle boards from the site, it was so much fun. We’ve already booked to go back, can’t wait !!
