The Montana is a new and stylish holiday lodge with stunning views right over to Beachy Head. With a spacious twin bedroom and sprawling master bedroom, the Montana is perfect for couples or families looking for a special holiday. A main bathroom with bath and overhead shower and an en suite and walk-in wardrobe serve the master bedroom providing a little holiday luxury. The living area is open plan and creates the social hub of the lodge – a relaxing space within which to enjoy some downtime and take in the glorious views. No pets.

The Richmond Plus, our newest and most luxurious lodge, with private hot tub. This stunning two-bedroom lodge, with one double bedroom with en suite and one twin room, is truly breathtaking and the stylish and sumptuous interior creates the perfect space for a special holiday. Our Pauliina lodge is a large two bedroom Scandinavian log home situated in our private, gated area known as Pelham Gates. The Paulina is perfect for a luxury family holiday or a relaxing couples escape. All on one level, with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining area, and the benefit of a luxury sauna inside the lodge. The two bedrooms consist of one spacious double bedroom benefiting from a small walk in wardrobe and one twin bedroom. Two walk-in shower rooms and also an additional WC within the lodge. To enhance your luxury escape, it also has a private patio area with outdoor seating, along with beautiful countryside views surrounding the lodge. Pelham gates is a private area away from the main park, giving you a sense of privacy and serenity during your stay.

Stable Cottage is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom house, offering the perfect place for cosy holidays for families or couples alike. Fully equipped and benefitting from spacious rooms, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, and take in the beautiful surroundings.There’s a spacious separate dining room, perfect for entertaining. The upstairs bedrooms all benefit from far reaching views right over to distant Beachy Head.The three bedrooms consist of; One large double bedroom, with a perfectly placed chaise lounge to take in the views; One spacious Twin, with full sized comfortable single beds; And one smaller bedroom with full sized reinforced bunk beds suitable for adults. There’s two full bathrooms, both fully equipped with showers, basins & toilets.There is a large garden to be enjoyed and the Cottage also has it’s own parking outside.

Arizona is a two bedroom cosy, contemporary wheelchair friendly lodge. Situated in our woodland area. It has an allocated parking space nearby and a slope with ramp access into the lodge. The two bedrooms have sliding doors for easy access and consist of; one double bedroom with a hoist above the bed (weight restriction), one twin bedroom with two small single beds, It has a fully equipped wet room with a shower and a seat. The kitchen units are low level, the perfect height for those using a wheelchair.
