With fantastic walking and cycling routes available directly from the doorstep, it’s a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts.The ground floor features a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer ideal for preparing hearty meals after a day on the fells. A separate living room provides a welcoming space to unwind, complete with a Freeview Smart TV.On the ground floor is bedroom one, furnished with two 3ft single beds, along with a modern shower room featuring a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet.Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms: two comfortable double rooms, and a fourth bedroom with three sets of 3ft bunk beds perfect for children. The first floor also benefits from a spacious family bathroom with a bath, double shower, heated towel rail and toilet.Outside, there is a back garden with a courtyard and garden furniture, providing a pleasant space to relax and take in the fresh Cumbrian air. Two small dogs are welcome (please note they must be kept on a lead at all times due to surrounding sheep country). Private parking is available for up to three cars.
