On the ground floor you will find a spacious hallway which firstly leads to the living area, here you will be able to chill out and watch a movie on the large smart screen TV whilst sitting comfortably on one of the large sofas within the lounge. The French doors in the living room lead out to the large garden and patio area at the rear of the garden, here you have a charcoal BBQ perfect for alfresco dining.
