The van was spotless and well maintained, plenty of space for two people-perfect for a small trip. Shame about no outdoor chairs, that was a bit of a letdown. Overall, we were really happy with it!

We had a great time! The caravan was spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing. The location is super handy too. Only a bit of a let-down was the lack of entertainment at Woodys Bar, otherwise, all good!

The place is really well situated, just a short drive from some fantastic spots like a theme park and a trampoline park, not to mention Skegness with loads of things to do. We found it great value and plenty of space for five adults. Highly recommend!

We had a really relaxing break and definitely want to come back. The caravan was spotless, quite roomy and had everything we needed. Only thing we missed was a vacuum cleaner - would’ve been handy to borrow one, I think. Overall though, it was a lovely stay and just what we needed!

The caravan was alright, but honestly, it wasn’t cleaned beforeh and which was a bit of a letdown. We usually tidy up ourselves anyway. The kitchen and bedroom were just fine, but the shower was absolutely brilliant! Really impressed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the site is in a perfect location. So good we're looking to get our own caravan on the site! The bathroom in the caravan was very snug, but otherwise the caravan was great. There was a shop and launderette on site and entertainment venue just outside the park. Fantasy island is about a 15 minute walk away
