We found the place really suited our needs. I brought along some extra throws because the dogs love lounging on the furniture and it kept everything nice and cosy. The space was generous and there was plenty of choice on the TV. Returning from the beach to a warm, comfy house was just perfect and the beach itself is just a five-minute walk - so handy!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, really spacious and perfect for our family. Being so close to Chapel, Butlins and Skegness made exploring easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Plus, the price for a week in August was incredible. We’ll definitely come back!

Honestly, we were really disappointed. The caravan was filthy-dirty floors, worktops covered in grime and dog hair everywhere on the bed. Wouldn't recommend.

We recently stayed in this van for a two-week trip and honestly, the amount of storage was a real game-changer. Even after unpacking and doing our shopping, we still had a couple of empty cupboards in the kitchen, which was great! The master bed was a lift-up storage divan, so we could stash away bits without cluttering the space. The smoke alarm actually worked and didn’t go off when we were cooking-big plus! The site supplied plenty of extra bedding, so no need to bother housekeeping, though they asked if we wanted any. Plus, our dogs came back flea-free, unlike last year at a different site. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this little site recently and honestly, it’s quite charming. The caravans are super easy to spot thanks to their big, clear numbers, which is handy. The place is pretty small, so it feels cosy-perfect if you’re after a quiet getaway. The caravans themselves are accessible, which is a big plus for those who need easier access. It’s just a short walk to the beach, but fair warning, the walk up the hill is a bit of a climb. Once you’re at the coast path, it’s flat and there are plenty of spots to sit and relax. No amusements on-site, but loads nearby and a well-stocked supermarket is close enough for your daily needs. Bus stops are nearby too, with good routes to Chapel St Leonards, Mablethorpe and Skegness. We’d definitely recommend it if you’re into peaceful breaks. We visited outside school holidays, which made it even better!

We stayed in this caravan recently and honestly, it was a lovely experience. The space was really generous, making it super comfortable. The sliding doors inside are a real plus for wide wheelchairs - no fuss there! The bathroom had a big shower, which was great, but it could do with some hooks or shelves for toiletries. The cleaner did a top job, everything was spotless. Heating was spot on, with central heating and an electric fire in the lounge. The main bedroom had a movable hoist, which was a real help and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Overall, a great pick for anyone with mobility needs!
