We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot. The setting is super private and peaceful, yet the owners are so friendly and nearby if you need anything. The hot tub was a real treat after cycling all day! One thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is right under Stansted's flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us after a couple of hours, but if youre sensitive to noise, its worth considering. Overall, a great place to unwind!

We had a lovely stay at this place! The house was really well kitted out and kept us super warm, which was perfect on the rainy December days. The bath was just fantastic and the shower was nice and spacious. The location is great, especially if youve got dogs that hate fireworks - it's so quiet here. No worries about the noise from planes either, didnt bother us at all. Thanks a lot!

Just a heads up, only one towel was provided, so if you're planning to use the hot tub, bring an extra. Accommodation tip top. A few tweaks could be made regarding kitchen utensils. Saucepans and baking trays scratch badly and non stick worn away. No up to date gas safety certificate on display.
Wonky garden bench outside on veranda. Otherwise excellent accommodation in extremely quiet surroundings with a nice view of the pond ducks and geese. A few rabbits running around early morning.
