We really enjoyed the Platinum 2, especially the private wifi. The space inside is fantastic and we’d definitely choose it again next time!
Jane, Newport
Date of stay: 20th April 2025
The spot is really handy and our place was spotless and nicely set up. The gear’s pretty simple but works fine. Just a heads up, the cabins are quite close together, so it might get a bit crowded during busy periods, though when we visited, it was super peaceful and quiet. Nice stay overall!

We had a lovely stay overall, but there were a couple of things worth mentioning. The double bedroom was a bit of a squeeze, especially when getting into bed-the narrow space meant I nearly pulled the curtains off every time! Not a big deal, but definitely better suited for smaller folk. I did manage to fix the curtains each time, so no harm done. The seating arrangements were a bit limited too; only one stool at the table meant one of us had to eat at a low level, but honestly, it added a bit of fun to the experience. We didn’t want to bother the staff about it, since they were so friendly and accommodating. Speaking of which, Sarah was incredible-nothing was too much trouble, always with a smile. The place itself was wonderful, very well looked after and the staff made us feel really welcome. It’s a great spot, just a few small quirks that didn’t ruin our trip at all!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The site’s stunning, with peaceful lakeside views. Caravan was spotless and comfy. Only hiccup was the TV issue, but quickly sorted. Would come back!

We’ve used Hoseason twice a year for ages and this was definitely their best yet! Fingers crossed Cornwall 2020 keeps up the high standard we’ve come to expect.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Retreat. The rooms were roomy and comfy and everything we needed was there. The kids loved it so much, they didn’t want to leave! Absolutely recommend it.

Date of stay: 22nd April 2024
The caravan was pretty clean and well kept, though it’s definitely more on the budget side. A few cupboards had vinyl peeling and some sofa seats were worn out, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much at all. We had a good stay!

Date of stay: 12th April 2024
We had a lovely stay at this holiday park. The facilities are top-notch and the rugby-themed bar was a nice touch. The courtesy call before our trip was thoughtful - it helped us plan, especially since there’s no shop on site and no chef, so limited menu. It’s a bit remote, meaning a drive for essentials, but overall, a decent spot to unwind!
Tommy, Redditch

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was super cosy, perfect for unwinding each night. Didn’t try the restaurant, but the bar’s beer was definitely worth a mention. Nice experience overall!

Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was spotless and super comfy.

Date of stay: 13th July 2023
We honestly think this is one of the nicest caravans we've stayed in! The main bedroom is massive and having both a bathroom and an en-suite with a bath really makes a difference. The only thing was the second bedroom being a bit dark since it’s close to the wall, but it didn’t bother us since we mainly used the big master. Definitely a great stay!
Emma Jones, Gb
Date of stay: 18th June 2023
Really enjoyed how roomy and spotless it was

I’m not one for reviews and that but me, my partner & our 1 year old son stayed for 2 nights. From the get go we felt welcomed, so staff were spot on, we went in the pool, lovely and warm for our son, friendly people there also, we had food on site and come very quick, if you have children you know how inpatient they can be in restaurants, and only 10 minute drive from folly farm and shopping places, nice peaceful place 10/10 from me
Deborah
Caravan was beautiful , everything we needed . Two toilets and a t.v. in the bedroom were a bonus. We arrived on a very hot day and were delighted to find a bottle of prosecco in the fridge .Staff were very friendly and helpful . Lovely well kept site ,pub has reasonable priced meals .Would definitlely recommend this park.
Alan
Woodland Vale was just the perfect holiday park for us, in a lovely quiet location. We were only a 20 minute drive from Tenby, and we loved Amroth only a 10 min drive. The caravan was superb, very comfortable, lovely and clean, and we were met with a warm welcome from the friendly lady on reception. The complimentary welcome pack and bottle of wine , was much appreciated,. after a long tiring drive to our destination. We were also very lucky to get great weather, so we made the most of the beautiful beaches, in this stunning location. We would love to visit this area again, and would recommend this park as a good base for exploring. Many Thanks.
Simon
