Our gorgeous, 5-star Peak District holiday park is in a beautiful rural location and is ideally situated for exploring Buxton, Bakewell, Chatsworth House and the walks and cycle trails of the Peak District National Park. Exclusively for adults, our hot tub lodges enjoy a quiet, secluded position hidden from any road in a countryside setting surrounded by woodland and farmland. Longnor Wood is perfect for romantic Peak District getaways. We operate a quiet site policy after 11.00pm.

The nearby Peak District village of Longnor has a small shop, and a fish and chip shop open seasonally. There are an abundance of other pubs serving great food and local real ales within a short drive. On-site is a small licensed shop for newspapers and essentials. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Longnor Wood offers a range of one and two bedroom dog-friendly lodges with hot tub, and dog-friendly caravans with hot tub. There is a scenic four-acre dog walk on site with wonderful views and a heated dog wash.

Longnor Wood has luxurious hot tub lodges and caravans, all with private outdoor decking and hot tub, perfect for stargazing the Peak District dark skies. Our Peak lodges have wood burning stoves, and our signature Chatsworth lodge boasts a luxurious bathroom with large shower and free-standing bath.

There are plenty of local picturesque walks through dramatic, unspoilt rolling countryside walks, with the famous Monsal Trail, Tissington Trail and Manifold Trail, just a short drive. The historic market town of Bakewell, stately home of Chatsworth House, the Spa town of Buxton, the Roaches and Tittesworth Water are just a few of the many local attractions.

Longnor Wood is open between February and January, and therefore is perfect for a winter break in the Peak District. We are open over Christmas and New Year.
