Very nice and pleasant location. Cleaning was in the caravan perfect. Club and entertainment was very good.

We had a fantastic weekend here and honestly, it was just what we needed. The place ticked all our boxes and we’ll be coming back for sure! Our dogs had a blast, especially with the underfloor heating-Luna was wagging her tail constantly and even strained it! Definitely a pet-friendly spot that keeps everyone happy. Can’t wait to return!

We loved this cosy little cottage! It’s perfectly tucked away, providing privacy but still near local shops and eateries. The hot tub was a real highlight and the underfloor heating kept everything super comfy. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel so welcome-can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing weekend stay here, it really ticked all the boxes for us. The garden was perfect for our dogs and they couldn’t get enough of the underfloor heating-Luna especially. She came home with a strained tail, but the vet said it’s from wagging so much! Overall, happy pups and relaxed humans, we’ll be back for sure!

We had a pretty good time at the caravan park. Some bits were shut because of Covid, which was a bit of a letdown, especially the indoor pool and kids’ play area. Still, we managed to get some outdoor swimming in twice, so it wasn’t all bad. The place itself was lovely and we’d recommend it to friends once everything’s fully open. Overall, a decent stay, just a bit frustrating about the closures.

We booked a dog walking getaway and it couldn’t have been better. The place was lovely, with great pubs and eateries just a short stroll away. Plenty of fields for off-road walks and our dog loved it-didn’t want to leave!

The owners were so welcoming and went above and beyond when the storm knocked out the power. The place was spotless, warm and comfy. Our dog loved the yard and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Definitely recommend.

We stayed in a tidy caravan, the hot tub was a bonus after long walks. A DVD player would’ve been nice, but overall, no real complaints at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Goddard's Mead! From the moment we arrived, Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel so welcome. The building's historic charm is preserved beautifully and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making it special. The location is perfect for exploring Essex’s lovely villages like Thaxted. We’d definitely recommend taking a wander around-there's so much history and stunning architecture to see! Definitely a relaxing spot for a getaway.

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! It’s tucked away on a working farm, but feels really private and peaceful. The hosts, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely lovely people. The place itself is really spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed-proper good sleep! The garden’s perfect for dogs, totally secluded and nicely furnished. Plenty of walks nearby and Thaxted’s got some cracking restaurants like The Star and The Maypole. We’d definitely recommend it!

The lodge was pretty nice overall. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided. The only downside was the hot tub water, which looked a bit murky at first. Luckily, it was sorted the next day. Still, a bit of a shame we couldn't use it then!

Really good value for money and the location is spot on. Plenty to do and see, even during these odd times! Definitely recommend.

We had a really lovely stay! Sharon and Robert were such welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy and perfect for Archie, our dog, with good security too. The location was just right, with loads of nice walks nearby and Thaxted and the surrounding villages are absolutely charming. We definitely left feeling refreshed and relaxed after a great week away!

We just got back from a fantastic four-night stay at this cottage. The owners are really friendly and helpful without being intrusive, which was perfect. The big fenced garden was great for our dog to run around freely. The place had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ for one evening. The hot tub was a real highlight! We’d definitely come back and already recommend it to friends. Thanks for a lovely break!

The dog walks right outside the door were perfect for our pups and meeting the animals, especially Penelope the pig, was such a treat. The host was lovely and quick to respond. The caravan was really comfy but wasn't that clean when we got there. I had to wipe everything down and sweep the floor. It didn't spoil our holiday though.

We had a lovely time at Beverley Holidays as a family of four (18 month old and 4 yo children). The accommodation was mostly clean when we arrived and there were a nice number of activities on during the day and evening. The only downsides were both toilets in the ladies changing rooms being out of order and the toilets in the main centre could do with updating as looked very dated and worn out. We would like to return again ?

Immaculate lodge with appropriate facilities. Lots of activities and entertainment for children. Beautiful setting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beverley Park. Convenient location to access local tourist destinations. Would definitely visit again.

Always have a lovely time. Never want to go home I could easily move into one of your caravans and live there for the rest of my life. But I would change the way the chips are cooked in the chippy they were vile.

Lovely park with great amenities. The caravan was clean but lacked utensils such as iron or ironing board, bowls to mix etc. so peaceful and quiet even though there were lots of people there. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Lodge 14 in the view area. It was absolutely stunning and the view was amazing from the deck. The price for the weekend was super reasonable if not borderline cheap.

Just got back from Beverley park my 3rd stay usually in a campervan but had a static as had my elderly Mum with me she loved the bingo a little expensive for the weekend but well worth it and 100% will be back.

We had a wonderful few days break. What dealings we had with the staff were dealt with swiftly and politely. The surrounding area gave us plenty to do. We are not accustomed to using the entertainment facilities, so I cannot comment on them. It is a place we will return to again. Neither can I comment on the restaurant as we did not use it.

Our first family holiday and it was incredible. The caravan was spotless, endless facilities to keep little ones entertained. Great evening entertainment. Lovely, friendly helpful staff. Can't wait to go back next year!

We travelled with 2 young children and had the best holiday. The lodge we stayed in was perfect and the hot tub a perfect addition. The park has everything you need to entertain little children and the nearby beaches and activities were at excellent. We went off peak so it was lovely and quiet everywhere.
