Lovely little lodge but in need of some tlc in places - main bedroom ensuite sink cabinet , the kitchen flooring etc but otherwise it was perfect

We had a fantastic week at Caddy's Corner. The Lodge was spacious with lots of storage. The dog made it her very own right from the start. The location was great for all the places we visited. The site was clean, and well maintained. The whole experience was great. Would highly recommend it,

Kitchen flooring looking a bit worn but overall great lodge!!

This was our second time there. Again we found it really relaxing, peaceful and quiet. The Lodge was home from home nice and clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Sam, Seph and team were really helpful and accommodating. We will be going back again. Hopefully next time the weather will be on our side and we can explore more of the local area on foot as the nearby lake looked lovely.

We recently stayed at this lodge for the first time and honestly, we were really impressed. From the moment we booked, the service was spot on. They even called us beforehand to say we could check in earlier, which was a lovely surprise and meant we could get started on our holiday sooner. The lodge itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and comfy vibe. Of course, the hot tub was a real highlight-got to enjoy it every single day after exploring the local area. The location is ideal, just a quick 15-minute drive to all the main amenities, so getting around was a breeze. All in all, we had an fantastic stay and honestly couldn't find fault with anything. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone after a relaxing break. We’re already planning to come back sometime soon-can’t wait!

One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which we enjoyed every day. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.The location of the lodge is fantastic, situated just 15 minutes away from all the amenities. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area without having to travel far.Overall, we had an amazing stay and couldn’t fault anything. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future.

When we arrived, everything was spotless and well-stocked, making us feel right at home. The lodge itself was spacious enough for our family and the hot tub was a real treat after long days out. We stayed for 7 nights in Hendra at caddy's corner. Sam was very helpful on the phone and between him and his brother, the property is well managed and maintained. Upon arriving at the lodge, we found that it was cleaned thoroughly. The lodge catered for most things you might need. Hendra was spacious and perfect for my family. The hot tub was great to have. I definitely recommend staying in Hendra at caddy's corner. We definitely will stay there again.

We honestly felt it was a great find for the price. It’s quite remote, which adds to the calm and peaceful vibe. The best bit? The two singles in the second bedroom can be turned into a double-such a simple touch but really appreciated. Definitely a lovely stay overall!

Couldn't have asked for more for the money. It may be rural compared to some places but it was well worth it. It's so relaxing due to the peacefulness. It was nice that the 2 singles in the second bedroom could be turned into a double. That kind of thoughtfulness goes along way.

Returned for our 6th year running. Amazing location within easy reach of so many amazing places. Looking forward to returning again next year.

This was our third visit to Caddy's Corner and we had another lovely holiday. Set in a quiet, rural location the park is ideal for exploring SW Cornwall with the Lizard, St Ives and Falmouth just a short drive. We stayed in Perran Lodge this time which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay - super comfy beds and nice powerful showers. Hot tub was a bonus even though we had very hot weather. We will definitely visit Caddy's again and would recommend for anyone looking for peaceful, relaxing holiday in a countryside setting.

Absolutely beautiful one of the best lodges we have stayed in thank-you

The lodge was clean, comfortable and perfect position overlooking horse fields. My children enjoyed playing on the park. The park is quiet and approx 3 miles from the nearest pub, 15 mins to supermarkets and 30 mins to local beaches. Car is a must for this location as no local buses pass through the lanes. Would definitely stay here again

After waiting 3 years to enjoy our Holiday (delayed by COVID and illness) we finally got there and found it to be idyllic. The cabin was spacious and very well appointed, and the grounds kept very neat and tidy. I would recommend to anyone wishing to try this type of holiday.

The site was quite remote but that did mean the nights were exceptionally quiet. Would recommend for a peaceful get away.

Me and my family had a great time on our holiday, the lodge was perfect and was just how the pictures looked on line when I booked, very clean. And would definitely look to staying there again. Even tho the weather wasn’t that great it still didn’t stop us as a family from doing days out.
