Set in a beautiful area, perfect for exploring. We were really lucky with the weather, not a drop of rain, so made the most of all the walks in this stunning area.

Excellent location and good value for money!

Nice spacious lodge with large hot tub. Very rural with lovely views over the hills. Welcoming host. Great area to visit with lots to see and do, including the beautiful Elan valley.

We loved the lodges spaciousness and the big hot tub was a real bonus. The rural setting with stunning hill views was perfect. The host was super friendly and friendly. Loads to explore nearby, especially Elan Valley!

We had a fantastic time here! The setting is stunning and really peaceful. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely the highlight-it made our weekend so special. Well absolutely be coming back soon!

We loved this place. Its a great location with beautiful surroundings. The lodge was very clean and well equipped. The hot tub was brilliant! Really made the weekend. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and am already planning a return visit.

Very handy and well thought out

Everything you needed was there

A good location with much rest and relaxation. Kitchen and utilities were very dirty, the kettle needed to be descaled, cups hadn't been washed, pots had food on. Nothing looked non felt clean. Pillows were very flat and had no plow protectors on, no mattress protectors. A very convoluted heating system. A slightly cold hot tub. A great product due to location and how much effort was put in designing the lodge, Sadly if these standards are not met it could be very risky.

Really enjoyed the stay

We had a lovely stay at the lodge! It was spotless and the beds were super comfy, making for a great night's sleep. The place had most things we needed, but do remember you're about seven miles from the nearest shop, so it's best to bring some essentials with you. Bedding and towels are provided, but you'll want to bring your own toiletries and food to avoid last-minute shopping. Overall, a nice spot!

We recently stayed at this lovely lodge and really appreciated the warm welcome from the owners, who were super friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and the place itself is really spacious, which we loved. The hot tub was a real highlight-owner even adjusted the temperature for us, which was a nice touch! A few small things could be improved, like adding hooks outside for towels and providing more cutlery. Also, wed suggest new pillows with protectors, mattress toppers and towels specifically for hot tub use. We couldnt find a hairdryer or a first aid kit either, which was a bit surprising. The main bedroom only has patio doors, so we kept it closed at night, making the room quite warm. Still, the air conditioning in the living area worked brilliantly. Overall, a great stay!

We had a lovely stay! The lodge and hot tub were fantastic, though the bathrooms could use a bit of a sprucing up. Wed come back!

We had such a lovely time during our second stay here and weve already booked for next year! The cabin offers plenty of space, which is perfect for us and the outdoor area with the hot tub is definitely a highlight. Being a bit away from the other lodges really gives you that peaceful vibe, especially since our kids are quite loud. The WiFi and air conditioning are real bonus features-they make relaxing so much easier. The owner was friendly and we appreciated how discreet he was during his early morning hot tub checks. Also, they were really understanding when our son managed to get nosebleed on the sheets. The only thing Id suggest is trimming the hedge a bit to get a better view from the deck. Otherwise, its a fantastic spot!

The flies were a real pain, but honestly, everything else about the place was spot on! Quite impressed.

The lodge was cosy and welcoming, honestly we felt right at home instantly. The hot tub was a real treat, especially with that stunning view. Hospitality was spot on, they couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway, we loved every minute!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs had a lovely week at Sais Lodge. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful location and spacious accomodation. Would definately visit again.

Lovely Lodge, maybe needs a little TLC in places. The owners have thought of everything to make your holiday stress free. So peaceful and relaxing.

Had a great stay at castle pren lodges, much bigger than I thought it would be! Location is beautiful and it’s so quiet. Would definitely recommend. Host was very helpful too!

The photos dose not do the lodge any justice, when we arrived we was very surprised how spacious it was. The kitchen was fully equipped, and very Clean.

The hot tub was amazing!! And the weather was ok. Looking forward to coming back.

Only issue if I was being picky is the shower, you couldn’t get it at a good temp.

But very good value for money

Castle Pren Lodges absolutely blew us away upon arrival. The location is fantastic, so much wildlife and great views in every direction. We came to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of normal life and Castle Pren definitely delivered!

We stayed here as a family and have to say it was perfect. Andrew was a great guy and even let the kids feed the lambs which was a nice touch.

The lodge itself was lovely throughout and the hottub was great.

Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Truly a beautiful place; the lodge was beautifully clean, spacious and tidy. We had everything we needed. The location is phenomenal and watching the sun set each evening is a real treat. We were lucky to see the lambs at this time of year too.

This family run, amazing getaway is a real gem for families and we had a great few days unwinding and having fun visiting local nearby attractions.

This was such a beautiful lodge, with beautiful surroundings. The staff and everyone in the local area, were just so helpful. The lodge had lots of little touches, that were just so sweet and really added to the whole experience.

We are already looking at booking again.. as we can’t wait to return.

If you are seeking to escape from everything, this is the place to be.
The lodge is well equipped and a lovely size for a family.
We enjoyed a peaceful and restful weekend here, enjoying some of the local walks with our dogs.

Awesome place with amazing scenery. Just a shame with the weather we couldn’t go anywhere but the rain didn’t stop me having fun and the hot tub kept me going all weekend. Would definitely recommend. If I was gonna criticise anything it would be that you have to drive 20 minutes to the local town if you need anything but that’s only if your picky which I didn’t mind as you get to see what else is around scenery wise. As previously stated would definitely recommend and I will be back soon. Job well done

This lodge is situated 8 miles from the local town, and is I a scenic calm place. If u like this sort of a thing its beautiful. We didn't have any issues . The kids loved it. And had a great time. The only thing I will say is the shower wasn't at all powerful and water was trickly.
