All in all great - the velux blackout blind never closed all the way and could’ve done with some towel hooks in the bathroom - please note these are by no means complaints - just suggestions

There we were in this rather nice pod, surrounded by lovely countryside. The River Tweed's just down the way, and it's a pleasant spot for a stroll. The local town's got all the essentials - shops, cafes, that sort of thing. And the pod itself is quite comfy, with everything we needed. The hot tub's a nice touch, too. Rather relaxing after a long day's pottering about.They even gave us a doggy welcome pack, which was a sweet gesture. Toy, bowl, towel, all that. Made us feel quite at home. The staff were friendly, too, and the surroundings are lovely. All in all, a cracking good stay. We'll definitely be coming back, no question about it.

A great time spent at Coldstream

Enjoyed our stay at Coldstream Holiday Park. Very close to the town centre, nice walk along the River Tweed to access. Accommodation was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was a great bonus. In a good location for exploring other costal areas and Edinburgh. Would recommend!

Lovely lodge with everything you need plus a Hot tub which we all loved not far from some beautiful beaches and close to the train station where we went to Edinburgh, will definitely be back here

As on main review.Accommodation was clean and comfortable with enough basics to get started for a long weekend. Would recommend same changes with the tubs as stated before.

Perfect holiday spot for a peaceful few days away. Lovely dog walks and beautiful lodge. Hot tub was a bonus!

Caravan was spotless. Very clean. Towels were supplied and beds were made up for us arriving. Hot tub was cleaned daily. Furnishing were nice.

Really enjoyed our stay, extremely peaceful location. Site is well maintained, clean & tidy. Small town with Berwick Upon Tweed a short drive away.

A nice sized caravan.

Lodge was not up to standard as used to rooms very small toilet/ shower room really smelled and spiders everywhere steps into lodge very steep specially for kids . And only a small swing park on site ( new that anyway)

An enjoyable stay the site was nice and quiet. The pods are compact but large enough for two adults. The hot tub was a great addition after a tiring day; also private.

Absolutely loved our 5 day break here. I had an issue with being allocated a pet friendly caravan and my son being allergic, so before we arrived the staff went above and beyond to help change this. The caravan was lovely and clean, hot tub seem to every day, lovely play area for the kids and a field area to play outdoor games. The village was lovely, another fabulous park here for the kids. And 20mins either way out of the caravan park were some lovely places to shop and look around.We will definitely be back

Great caravan - plenty of space and storage for a family of 4! Loved the hot tub too! Only thing I would recommend is for a proper bin with lid in the kitchen instead of the open waste paper basket type - I am being picky I know! Couldn’t fault it!

Brilliant location and very peaceful site. Staff are excellent and delivered great customer service. The pod with hot tub were of the highest quality with huge shower and the bed was extra comfortable. Spotless and clean with all the utilities and utensils needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this site

Great lodge/caravan abit far out for things to do so do your research first

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better. The place was really well thought out and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Such a lovely spot for a getaway! We’ll definitely be booking again soon!

We stayed in this lovely house and honestly, it was perfect for our needs. The place is super well equipped and kept nice and warm, which was a blessing during that rainy December weather. The bath was so relaxing and the shower was big enough for all the family! The noise from planes didn't bother us at all and it’s a great spot if you’ve got dogs that hate fireworks. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy place nestled in such a peaceful spot. The owners are genuinely lovely and always happy to help without intruding on your privacy. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day of cycling! Only thing to note - it’s pretty close to Stansted’s flight path, so plane noise can be loud at times. It didn’t bother us much after a while, but if you're sensitive to sound, it's worth considering. Overall, a lovely experience we’d recommend!

The cottage is really charming and perfect for a peaceful escape. Just a heads up, there are quite a few planes at night since it’s close to Stansted. The hot tub’s a real highlight though!

Family break , 2 adults a 16 year old and a 5 year old ,perfect place to stay and explore the Borders and beyond. Accommodation immaculate, hot tub at night , just what you need to relax after long walks . Short walk into Coldstream itself with shops and cafes. Bonus local Garage petrol price was one of the best I’ve seen lately .. we will definitely be back …

I absolutely would recommend this holiday park, we had a fantastic holiday and made great memories. The staff on site were so friendly and the park was very well maintained. The pod was modern and had everything we needed and was also very clean. Coldstream High Street is a 5 minute walk and has a really good play park. Look forward to returning again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. Really good value for money and the staff were great. The perfect, relaxing break with lots of things to do as a family nearby.

We stayed in caravan no.1 which was brand new ...we were the first people in. No furniture on the decking which was a shame as the weather was really good. The hot tub needed screening as very close to neighbours. However a very good holiday was enjoyed...location excellent.

The park is very well kept and its nice and quiet. Being fairly new everything looks great. Staff are really nice and welcoming. I would say it's a good 10 - 15 minute walk into Coldsteam if you are a senior as we both are. We were lucky with the weather and got sunshine at the front of the pod all day. There is a picnic bench outside each pod but we took our own folding chairs to sit outside. There must be hundreds of trees been planted around the site which is encouraging to see and will enhance the site as they grow.

We spent a lovely relaxing 5 days here, the staff were friendly and helpful, the site was so clean and tidy. If you are looking for some down time to relax, spend walking and visit some beautiful places, this is the perfect place and we will definitely be recommending it to others. It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre of Coldstream where you will find many places to visit and eat in.

Our first visit to this area and the holiday park itself. Good location, right next to the town for shops and other amenities. Main road is busy but quietens at night so no issues there. Greeted by friendly staff at reception who were very efficient and pleasant.
