The caravan didn’t even have a baking tray, a jug and no instructions on the microwave.

Bed not very sturdy, and a finer details for the cleaning are needed , plse note I’m not saying it was dirty , but could have been better

Good all round holiday. Nice, quiet, clean and well organised site.

very poor cleanliness had to strip all the beds and ask for new bedding very dirty

We have stayed before the but the caravan was not the best only the caravan was not very clean but the staff were fantastic and very helpful and very helpful

Caravan was clean and well equipped, even a dishwasher in there.

Caravan was small and shook at every movement. Probably the worse platinum we have ever stayed in.

Unless you can change where we stay not possible we would not return to that holiday resort sorry ????

Perfect accommodation.

Upon arrival the conduit around front door hanging off. Bathroom door won't close at all. Door around handle caved in . Blind came away when trying to use and a slight leak from shower at the bottom. It was reported, nothing said or done about it Hoseasons also advertised using a photo of a totally different caravan & you only get a seaview if the person in front doesn't block it with their car.

Most things are good but don't eat at the bar on Thursdays as the food is cooked elsewhere and delivered to the park, never heard anything like it we waited an hour and a half and still had no food we then got a refund and went elsewhere

More caravans need to have decking for dogs

A fabulous holiday which we all needed after lockdown! Would highly recommend both Combe Martin and more particularly this site as it is in a great location

Great caravan. Had everything we needed.

Due to unforseen circumstances with our other booked holiday we had to get a late booking .
This was nicely situated near the beach local shops etc.
Chalet a bit dated but suffice for what we needed.

Would go again.

As stated in the brochure the pet friendly chalets are due for refurbishment but they are clean and comfortable , the only criticism is that the main bed mattress wasn’t very good

We came for the week as our first little holiday with our little girl violet. We found that the caravan was lovely and clean and the location was great .our main reason why we loved the holiday so much was the entertainment in the sandaway site just up the road the entertainment team including Steve Trisha and Kyle were all lovely and we left feeling like part of the team it was great . The main reason we will return is because of those people they made our whole holiday and made it special so massive thankyou to Steve Trisha and Kyle for there fantastic work

Bronze caravan is dated and worn inside but was well worth the price we paid in low season . everything was very clean, bed comfortable,well equiped kitchen with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay ,warm and cosy as heating worked well (end feb ,early march so pretty cold outside) shower very good,constant hot water , so definately no complaints .We would stay again happily.

On arrival the caravan booked had a problem and a staff member helped me move to another one straight away.

Apart from the weather our stay was very enjoyable.

A great site, peaceful, fantastic sea views from our chalet and natural unspoilt woodland. Can't wait for next summer, wish we had known about this place years ago.

A memorable one. We would definitely think about coming again.

Friendly atmosphere

Staff are friendly and helpful, Accommodation was good and large for all 12 of us. Had a few issues but staff sorted out fast. Enjoyed location but you need to be fit if taking a walk as very steep hills. Had a fab time....

I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing site when I went. Dogs allowed in some caravans. Site overlooks the sea, dogs allowed on Newberry beach. I would stay at this site again. It is a steep walk back to caravans, good exercise for legs!

Great break away from day to day life, friendly area however most things are driving distance so a car is a must. But only dislike was the pool timing considering it opened late it also closed at 5. Overall we've already rebook.

Lovely staff so kind, happy and helpful. Food was lovely and location was outstanding ??

Loved it...but the radiator in our bathroom was dirty..lights dusty.....there should be something in place regarding parking places....ours was outside the caravan and we would come back...even from short trips to find someone else parked there. So so so pleased we were able to take our small dog...there was a handy dog walk through the trees right besides the park....overall we loved it.

Beautiful surroundings and very nice pool. Pub restaurant overlooks cove.

Fantastic place, staff are amazing & quick to sort out any issues. 2nd time we've stayed there and will definitely go back.
