This cleaner really left us disappointed. The caravan was honestly filthy - stains on the carpet, food still in the cupboards and *** on the bathroom radiator. It felt like hygiene wasn’t a priority and the rude attitude didn’t help. We expected much better for the price we paid. Definitely not coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was lovely, especially that big TV - not something you see often! The decor was charming and the table was all set up with fresh milk. Definitely booking again!

The caravan was spotless when we arrived, which was great. The furniture was all in good shape, but the knives were a bit bendy, so cutting anything was a pain. Also, no instructions for the heating and the gas heater didn’t work at all after the first night. Bit of a hassle, really.

We had a fantastic stay! The caravan was spotless and felt really cosy, we instantly felt at home. The site’s facilities are top-notch, especially the swimming pool and evening entertainment, which kept us busy. Plus, getting to the chippies and pubs just a short walk away was so convenient, especially since they were still open in November weekends. Being right across from the beach was a bonus and the bus stop outside made exploring the town easy - plenty of arcades, shops and the aquarium to enjoy. Highly recommend, we loved every minute!

The lodge was fantastic, with all the essentials and more. The hot tub was a real treat after busy days exploring. We really enjoyed our stay!

We've visited plenty of holiday parks, both here and abroad, but honestly, this one was the worst by far. Not impressed at all.

Honestly, we've stayed in quite a few dog-friendly caravans and you do expect some fur here and there-that’s normal. But this place was a different story. It looked like it hadn’t been hoovered or cleaned properly in ages. The bedding was fine, but the rest was just grim-furry, stained and with a really strong animal odour. The blinds looked untouched for years, covered in dust and dirt that wouldn’t budge. It really needs a good deep clean before anyone stays again.

Great stay, would definitely return

Honestly, our first stay was disappointing. The caravan was filthy when we arrived - uncleaned, with urine in the toilet and leftover belongings. The pool liner was badly fitted and folded over, making it a real trip hazard. Not what we expected at all.

Carpet was covered in dog hair, quite a mess really.

Overall, we found the caravan quite decent. The heating worked brilliantly, warming the place up in no time, which was great. There were some odd stains on the furniture and the TV was really tiny, plus the kitchen light was faulty. Still, we’re happy to return!

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was comfortable enough, but the mattress on the double bed really needs replacing. A coffee table in the lounge would’ve been nice too, other than that, it was fine!

We enjoyed our stay overall, the place is really nice. The bungalow was comfortable, but there was a pretty strong smell that wasn’t great. We might try a caravan next time instead. Definitely a nice spot to visit though!

Nice touch, but lacking

We loved the spaciousness of the caravan, especially the comfy living area. The main bedroom with ensuite was a real highlight. Well equipped too!

We had a fantastic time. The staff were brilliant. The place was well maintained. Convenience of stores and take aways on site. We booked our holiday for next year before we had finished this holiday. Can not wait to go back.

Everything you need onside for kids and not to busy

The holiday was amazing we enjoyed every minute of it. The carvan it's self didn't have an iron I mean it was a family Carvan but when I booked it the caravan didn't say anything about the stickers or the bands we had to wear for a week. I would go again but definitely not that caravan. It had a dishwasher but we had no idea how to use it But most of all we enjoyed it thank you.

Camp was good but we should have been given wristbands at the beginning of the holiday so was accused of not being welcome on the camp during bingo. Not great for our holiday!!
