Overall a good holiday but a few things were broken in the caravan which they were "aware of "

Worst holiday in my life , thankfully, the weather was gorgeous never book your holiday in this park, facilities sound good , in reality? Very poor

We needed a relaxing dog walking getaway and found it! The place was lovely, with great nearby pubs and scenic fields. The dog loved it so much, he wouldn’t even get in the car to go home. Perfect!

We had a really lovely stay at this cottage. It’s tucked away on a working farm, so it feels super peaceful and private, yet it’s a quick drive to Thaxted’s great eateries like The Star and The Maypole. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely charming. The place itself is spacious, well-equipped and the bed was super comfy. The garden’s perfect for dogs and is very private, with some lovely walks nearby. We’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing break!

We just got back from a four-night stay at this charming cottage and honestly, we loved it. The owners were really friendly but not overbearing, which was perfect. Our dog adored the big fenced garden and the place had everything we could think of - even a BBQ one evening! The hot tub was fantastic, definitely a highlight. We've already told friends about it and plan to come back soon. Thanks for a lovely break!

The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real highlight. We’ll definitely return-great value and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Goddard Mead! The cottage had everything we needed and was super cosy. The walks right outside were a real bonus. The owners are genuinely lovely people, very welcoming. Would definitely come back!

The bedrooms were too small. The main bedroom you had to move to one side shut the bedroom door, in order to get round the bed.

The owners were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day of cycling. One thing to note is that the cottage is right under Stansted’s flight path, so there’s quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but it didn’t spoil our trip at all. Overall, a fantastic spot!

We had a fantastic time. The staff were brilliant. The place was well maintained. Convenience of stores and take aways on site. We booked our holiday for next year before we had finished this holiday. Can not wait to go back.

Everything you need onside for kids and not to busy

The holiday was amazing we enjoyed every minute of it. The carvan it's self didn't have an iron I mean it was a family Carvan but when I booked it the caravan didn't say anything about the stickers or the bands we had to wear for a week. I would go again but definitely not that caravan. It had a dishwasher but we had no idea how to use it But most of all we enjoyed it thank you.

Camp was good but we should have been given wristbands at the beginning of the holiday so was accused of not being welcome on the camp during bingo. Not great for our holiday!!
