Would definitely pre book activities since my daughter couldn't go on anything nor swimming as fully booked which was gutting with the amount of money we spent

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Devon Cliffs, although a bit pricey we could not fault the location and the facilities on offer and our accommodation was pristine

I wouldn't book to go there again. To big when fully booked. I believe they are more concerned with owners than guests

The caravan seemed very clean on first entering but we did find rubbish down the side of the dining bench and kitchen cupboard. There were also lots of cigarette butts just under and around our caravan door.

The caravan was ok, except for on of the cupboard doors wouldn’t open at first, and we eventually got it open it wouldn’t close properly, also basic essential equipment like baking tray and wooden spoons.
Plus we left the caravan cleaner than it was when we arrived, especially the shower door which was filthy with black mould along the edge of the door and in the runner channel

Great place to accommodate all generations of family , grandparents to grandchildren

Can could of been cleaned better very dusty and popcorn under s the sofa cushions we had to clean up on a arrival.

Overall great holiday. We will be returning next year. But will book a caravan with decking as wasn't aware of this when booking

We had a brilliant time, the only complaint I had was my caravan wasn't cleaned or the bedding changed before my arrival. Unfortunately, we only discovered this late in the night when we got into bed, and the following morning when we found dirty trays still In the oven! When I complained we weren't offered a new caravan, only house keeping to come in while we were out to clean and make the beds! I decided I wouldn't take up this offer as we were out for the day and my possessions would be left unattended. I wasn't risking anything being taken or putting their staff in a situation where temptation was to much and risk losing their jobs!
I was very disappointed with the managements handling of this. I ended up cleaning the caravan and making the beds.

Would of been 10 but the side door could not be locked so had to use patio door and the carpet looked brand new but wont be looking so fresh if the door wont get fixed could see that this had been an issue for quite some time.

Good value holiday in school holidays

While we had a lovely time I do not like that you let dogs into the restaurant down by the beach I find it not very nice to see dogs looking at you while you are eating and not very hygienic I am talking about inside the building not out on the coverd part

Great caravan could have just done with a bit more room around the bed.

Didn't like how we wasn't allocated caravan till arrival as we had booked together with my neice ...although we were very close so was really good...could not fault devon cliffs ..enjoyed every minute we was there ..would love to do a week next year but can't afford to pay for a week as we only had a four day this time that was in our price range .
