As previously stated, Dockers is perfect and the accommodation was excellent. It was clean, modern with all the the necessary appliances, WIFI, and all the mod cons.

Nice lodge. Had everything we needed for a few days. Good base for seeing other places.

Wonderful lodge. A big spacious kitchen area and the furniture is colourful bright and comfortable. Bedrooms a tad bit squashy but manageable. Bathrooms clean and everywhere tidy. Lots of things to use in the kitchen. View of pond and location great. Trains run by the lodge every hour or so. Wonderful to watch. Nice private sitting area outside too. Splendid.

Wonderful caravan with lots of personal touches to make your stay easy and comfy; the best selection of pots, pans and dishes, Hoover/cleaning supplies, beds made up and towels provided. Clean and tidy, wrap around veranda and lovely outdoor sofa/table. Surprise bonus of books, games and excellent wifi! Perfect for a family and the dog!

We had a lovely stay at The Lake House Lodge. It had everything you could have asked for and the location was beautiful and so tranquil.

The unit had everything we needed and was nicely laid out. We enjoyed our stay so much we arranged an extra night mid way through our holiday.All was clean and seats comfortable to relax on.

We just got back from a week at Goddards Mead and honestly, it was lovely. The place has everything you could want and the hosts are super friendly. Even on a working farm, it felt peaceful and relaxing-like a little escape. Would definitely go again!

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was super well-kept and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the nearby walks and meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real treat. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Honestly, it’s a perfect little getaway - we’ll be coming back for sure! Great value too.

We stayed at this charming cottage recently and honestly, it had everything we could possibly need. We didn’t realise how well stocked it was until we arrived - we barely brought anything! The welcome pack was brilliant, full of useful info and menus, which made settling in so much easier. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden and the hot tub was just perfect after a day out. Sharon and Robe were quick to respond to any questions. A lovely place for a relaxing break - we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely spot, tucked away in a peaceful, private area. The owners were genuinely friendly and always happy to help if needed, but it never felt intrusive. The hot tub was a real treat after cycling all day! Only thing to mention is the cottage's location under Stansted’s flight path - lots of planes overhead. It took us a couple of hours to get used to the noise, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our holiday at all. Just something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to sound.

They greeted us warmly, along with Bonnie, which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Essex-lots of charming villages and sights nearby. The house itself is cosy and well-equipped, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway!
