Loved the modern and comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and we loved the range cooker. If we were to get a little picky, there was a lot of dust behind the TV but that was all. So in consideration of everything else, not an issue, just an area for consideration with the cleaning routine.

We stayed in the gatehouse it was beautifully presented and set in wonderful grounds, so peaceful and tranquil. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and had everything you needed. The swimming pool was so easy to book and we used it every day. The grounds were cared for and the pond/lake area was a lovely addition well worth a visit to reflect and maybe read a book.

Overall poor, good location but lacked cleanliness and sofa was stained and not comfortable. Hot tub wasnt working correctly and this was reported but not rectified. The toilet brush was filthy. The washing machine and dishwasher was very good.

Great location for exploring Cornwall

Amazing lodge/house - beautiful setting! The interior was gorgeous and really comfy beds! All the things you need for a perfect week - only issue is not enough comfy seating in the 3 bedroom lodge, couldnt relax on the single sofa and two small armchairs. But overall definitely will be there again!

We had a lovely stay! The cabin was really well set up for two and our dog was welcome too. The furnishings felt quite luxurious and there was everything we needed if we decided to cook. The hot tub and deck were a nice touch, even in February. Definitely recommend!

Well appointed cabin for two plus our dog. Beautiful furnishings and accessories. Everything you needed for a weeks stay if you wanted to cook for yourselves, although we chose to eat out. Lovely large bath and bed, with the deck and hot tub a bonus, even in February.

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage truly felt like a home away from home, with all the little luxuries you could ask for. The location was perfect-not far from towns and beaches. The kids adored the pool and hot tub. Wed definitely come back!

We had such a lovely time at this place! The location really is top-notch - surrounded by lush greenery, making it a peaceful escape. Fern was perfect for us, with easy access to both coasts, which made day trips simple. The lodge itself is gorgeous - modern, spacious and bathed in sunlight all day long on the deck. That utility/boot room at the entrance is such a clever touch. Honestly, well definitely come back and cant wait to tell friends about this good place! Absolutely loved it.

The perfect retreat for my husband dog and I.First of all the location is amazing a beautiful lush green area surrounding the lodger (we stayed in Fern) north and south coasts are easily accessible by main roads making days out super easy. The lodge itself is stunning. modern decor spacious and perfectly situated for the sunshine on the deck morning till evening!The added utility/boot room when you enter is genius. Perfect stay and we will be back and sharing this gem of a find with friends and family!

We had such a lovely stay! The place had all the essentials we needed, which was great. We did bring some extra toilet roll just in case since only one was provided, so worth noting. The bed was a bit springy, but honestly, it didnt ruin anything. The site was super peaceful, especially with the neighbouring hut empty - really felt secluded. Lovely experience!
