We had to switch places after just one night because of this relentless noise that went off every hour-kept us awake all night, which was a nightmare. Luckily, the staff were really helpful and quickly sorted us out, moving us to a much quieter spot. The new villa was fantastic and definitely made up for the rough start. Overall, pretty good experience!

The lodge was just what we needed. Beds were a bit small and the shower dripped, but overall, it was a lovely stay. Would come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The DVD player was a nice surprise and the heating kept everything cosy. The shower had great water pressure and the welcome pack with essentials was really thoughtful.

We recently booked the Ocean Tide Villa and honestly, it felt quite cosy and welcoming. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of room to spread out, which was great with the kids. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was a good size, with a nice dining table. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious too, perfect for a relaxing break!

We found the bungalow to be generally clean, but the bedroom with the TV was a letdown. The door had chips and the window ledge looked pretty bad. For the price, we expected a bit more care, maybe just a quick sweep would’ve helped. Ah well.

The accommodation felt a bit worn and we could’ve used more seating - just a small sofa and a single chair. That said, the beds were super comfy and the shower worked brilliantly. We’d definitely recommend it!

Nice break, just weather

We stayed here recently and found the place quite spacious and spotless when we arrived. The beds were already made, which was a nice touch. The shower was good and the bed was comfy enough. The TV had freeview channels and the kitchen was fully equipped. Only downside was the sofa, a bit firm and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but we were told it’s being sorted soon.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. No WiFi or 4G in the Cleavewood Cabins is a pain, especially these days. The Old Mill and indoor pool closing early was frustrating too. Not the experience we were hoping for, sadly. Ah well.

We really enjoyed our visit! The centre has plenty of activities and the staff were fantastic. It’s a bit of a trek from the beach, but definitely worth it. Thanks for the help with the wardrobe too!

Really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was spacious and comfy, with a dishwasher and washing machine, which was handy. Spotlessly clean too and the welcome gift was a lovely touch. Would definitely return!

The villa was lovely and tidy, with a nice layout and great view. Bedrooms were spacious, though an extra baking tray for oven chips would’ve been handy!

We stayed in this apartment and honestly, it wasn't great. It felt outdated and a bit dingy, not cosy at all. The only plus was the spacious rooms. The bathroom lacked hooks for towels or clothes, which was annoying. We usually opt for caravans, which are smaller but way brighter and more inviting. Definitely not our thing.

We've stayed at this park quite a few times over the years, so we know it pretty well. It’s a lovely spot and we usually enjoy our visits. However, this time, things didn’t start off great. Our room door was wide open when we arrived, which was a bit of a shock and definitely poor form. The real issue was the missing cot bed - we called reception and they said it’d be there in 15 minutes. An hour later, still nothing. When we tried to follow up, we found reception closed, so we had to hunt down a staff member ourselves to sort it out. We paid for that cot, so it was pretty frustrating to have to chase after it. Aside from that, the site itself remains as lovely as ever, but honestly, the false promises from reception left a sour taste. Not what we expected this time around.

Honestly, we weren’t too impressed. It’s advertised as dog friendly, but that’s a bit misleading since the outside space isn’t enclosed at all. Our dog couldn’t just hang out outside without being on a lead or tied up, which was a pain. The outdoor area is tiny and totally overlooked, so no privacy at all. We also had some issues inside-my daughter hit her head on the beams on the bunk bed, which was a worry. Plus, the pillow covers had stains, which was gross. Definitely not what we expected for the price. Wouldn’t recommend, sadly.

We’ve just had a fabulous week in the Golden Coast holiday village, the activities for the kids are amazing, the high ropes/climbing wall, outdoor heated pool were fantastic, we will be returning. The only thing I would mention is that there is 1 queue for food and drink, which can take 20 minutes to get from the back to the front..and the connection for contactless payment needs speeding up.. apart from that, the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, just need more of them, or a different system at the bar.

This is a wonderful place where everything is perfect, lovely feel to the place , very well organised and there is nothing missing the staff are so professional nothing is too much trouble , from the first step onto the park it is super welcome , the caravan was great and so clean we would like to say thank you for such a wonderful time, keep the good work up . Thank you .

Holiday with grandchildren 2 teenagers and an 8 year old , plenty to do for both ages easy access for different beaches feel we didn't make the most of the holiday camp would have been better if the 2nd indoor pool had been open as we were quite away from the main hub however beautiful setting

Caravan was spotless, good in site was good…no problems with staff…very good holiday park for families
