Just a small wish. It would be even better if there was a bit of subdued lighting in the lounge and particularly the bedroom.

This is the first time we have ever stayed in a deluxe(newer) caravan at a haven, previously we have always stayed in prestige caravans. I was a little bit dubious as we needed a freezer and it didn’t state what you actual got. When we arrived on site, checking in was quick and easy, finding the caravan was simple enough. It was a lovely surprise to find that the caravan is pretty much the same as a prestige, given the freezer is a little smaller but still big enough for a weeks worth of food. It was lovely and clean and I couldn’t find one fault. We had a fabulous holiday at greenacres and would definitely return and book the same accommodation.

We were given a3 bedroom caravan instead of the 2 we booked. First impressions were good but on further inspection the cupboard front and kitchen drawers and mirrors were greasy and smeared I had to wipe them down before I could use them also the windows were full of finger marks.

I think this was the best of the static caravans we have stayed in to date: very clean, with good solid fixtures and fittings (including central heating). Good plumbing, and very impressive shower pressure for a caravan. En-suite toilet to master bedroom. Everything functional.

The newer deluxe caravan modern, clean and tidy. (just missing a frying pain and cullender)

Really nice site. Caravan was lovely. Better than we expected and not so close to other caravans. The site had plenty to do and the layout was good. It was easy to book any extras. The shop was handy. The site and caravan was very clean and the staff were great. Beach was lovely and you can go 2 minutes down the road and drive onto it if preferred. Would visit again.

Fantastic long weekend away.... Quality family time! If the kids are happy, we are happy. My only negative is that there were no towels provided in a Prestige caravan, nor was it clear in the caravan details to bring your own (bed linen was included, so I assumed towels were.

Great time grandchildren loved it. Would recommend Green Acres to families looking for location next to the beach

The caravan was very nice.

Excellent caravan which was very comfortable with lots of storage space. Wonderful location right on the beach with a mountain backdrop and a great base for exploring the area. Children’s entertainment needs improvement and be aware that other guests may not be considerate of you or the care of their own children.

Great site in a lovely location with lots of fun things to do in the local area. A perfect base for an active Welsh holiday, mountain biking in the Forest and a day in nearby Port Merrion. Caravan was beautiful, well appointed and very close to the beach. Although you can't see the sea from the caravans, due to the sand dunes, you can see the mountains all around.

Caravan was modern and very clean. Although had to queue for over an hour to check in, staff were helpful & friendly.

I prefer carpets on the floor
