No WiFi or signal in caravan otherwise it was lovely ????

Had a 8 person caravan. We were a party of 8… 5 adults , 2 children and 1 infant, which we had a cot for, but we couldn’t fit it in the bedroom. The caravan was probably enough for just half the amount of people. Bedrooms and the rest of the accommodation was so narrow and we had no where to store our belongings, because there were no storage cupboards.There wasn’t enough room to swing a rat let alone a cat!We left a day early because it was so cramped!

A perfect size caravan with a 2 and toilet being a bonus.

Caravan was perfectly kitted out for our stay with a lovely comfortable bed and our favourite part a nice kitchen with all the utensils needed. To top it off having a nice size tv and comfortable sofa to relax at the end of the day

There was Only 1 tv in the whole accommodation. The single beds were tiny my children kept falling out of them. And the mattress sheets kept sliding off the beds.

Caravan although quite new needs a deep clean, not a quick hoover! We had to re-wash all the cutlery ask it had not been cleaned properly. The bed has a horrible "sticky" type top sheet that clings to you as it was quite warm in there. WiFi should be standard at this price, not a £18 add-on and is still not very fast at all!They also need to install bedlamp type lights as the main light is too much to leave on if one of you wants to read etc.Shower, heating, hot water all spot on, only issue we found was the gas oven would either kill or warm food, we could not it successfully cook anything really, even oven chips would not cook in it!

It was reasonably clean. Some stains on the dining seat but we weren't too bothered. Furnitures looked pretty new. Plenty of storage. Kitchen could be better equipted compares to other Hoseason's parks we've stayed in. Towels and shampoo were not included.

Lovely site very friendly and helpful staff. We had a few issues with the caravan which were sorted out as soon as reported so didn’t detract from the holiday.Would definitely go back.

A clean and peaceful holiday park overall.We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings. However, there were two notable issues during our stay:1.Misleading Caravan DescriptionsThe "Gold Plus 2 Caravan" we booked did not meet our expectations as in other holiday parks we stayed before the same caravans are described as "Silver Plus Caravan", therefore when booking we anticipated a higher standard. Unfortunately, the quality and features of the Gold Plus 2 Caravan in this park are the same as the Silver Plus caravans elsewhere, which felt misleading.2.Limited EV Charging FacilitiesThe site had only one EV charging station with two charging points. One of the points was faulty throughout our entire stay, which made it difficult to charge our vehicle reliably on-site.We hope these points can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Lovely caravan outside decking really nice space looking on to forest.Did smell a bit doggy but once aired was ok .

The caravan was nice and clean the only down side is the toilet,shower is a little small especially of your a little bit bigger the staff was amazing next time I will probably revert back to a cottage with more space

Didn't like the waterproof mattress covers !!!!!

Lovely caravan. Only negative is that as it was a dog friendly caravan I would have liked a small hoover to keep it clean, instead of a brush. Also a shower mat/towel would have been handy.

Amazing place ! Staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Pool/spa facilities were spotless. Caravan was excellent , lovely and clean and had lots of extras we didn’t expect (Air fryer dishwasher )

The caravan was fine but the bedrooms are very cramped and could have done with a washer/dryer as although had a washing machine very limited in room for drying clothes overall though was okay and offered good value for the money paid

Very well maintained park with excellent leisure facilities the reception staff we’re very approachable and helpful the dog walking area was great

Caravan my be ok for a large family but not suitable for 7 adults 1 child and 2 dogs.a bit confined while eating and chilling. Not enough room for clothing in each room lived out of a suitcase for the week. Bathroom shower small if on the larger size a bit tight,the same with the second toilet.

The lodge was lovely and clean, but the outside needed cleaning badly. It didn’t matter as the weather was so bad, but if we’d have wanted to sit out, we would have had to clean it first.

Price was right for a last minute relax, the caravan was enough for our group. It was cozy and facilities were adequate. Parking for 2 cars available by the side of the caravan. We were very close to all amenities. Clean and tidy accommodation. Kitchen area , remember to carry all cooking staples and condiments. Including tea , coffees and sugar , also salt and pepper. The beds are made up for you but remember to carry towels. All in all we had a fantastic time.

We stayed at this lovely cottage on a working farm and it was surprisingly private-no worries about noise. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are really lovely and welcoming. The place is super spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didn’t want to leave! The garden’s perfect for dogs, completely secluded and furnished nicely. There are loads of walks nearby and Thaxted has some great restaurants-The Star and The Maypole are favourites. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it!

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely hosts and the jacuzzi was a real highlight for us.

Perfect caravan for our family and space for a travel cot too. We were pleasantly surprised and best caravan we have stayed in.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was well thought out, super comfy and the hosts were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything about it was perfect for us. Can’t wait to come back again someday!

Really enjoyed wandering through the fields with the dogs, such a lovely spot overall! Would visit again.

We loved staying at this charming cottage! The hot tub and log burner made it super cosy. The hosts were lovely and it was so peaceful. Hope to come back soon for a longer stay!

Nice new site very clean and comfortable good value

Very friendly staff and a spotless Gold Plus 2 Static Caravan. EV Pod Point on site.Perfect location for Devon and Cornwall. Bar and Shop are very handy. Bude 15 minutes drive away. Definitely go back to this site.

The location was beautiful, secluded and tranquil just what we needed, the caravan was clearly quite new so we were lucky. Fresh clean bed linen with beds made up on arrival, but my only comment regarding the beds alrhough they are super comfortable and roomy, it would be good to have a mattress protector in place, having a plastic top the sheets did not stay in place for long which was really annoying. My only other comment us the seating was quite uncomfortable after about 30 mins, a minor for some but for me it was a problem a bit like sitting in a Drs waiting room.Had it been a freestanding suite or sofas it would have made such a difference. Would I go back YES!! But with a different spec of caravan that had sofas.

What an absolutely wonderful place, quite and relaxing, kept amazingly clean and tidy. If you want loud music and entertainment don't come here this place is for relaxing and peacefulness.

Absolutely outstanding value for money, brand new caravan, lovely quiet site, rural surroundings with superb views, helpful, professional staff. Thank you for a great long weekend and we will definitely be returning.
