We had a great holiday as always, but we really missed the armchairs!

It was one of the cheaper chalets but had everything we needed

Chalet was adequate for the two of us not sure it would be big enough for four people.. sofa wasn’t as comfortable for relaxing but was clean and bright. All furniture was very clean . Maybe not as glamourous as a caravan but it was nice to be in a chalet

Clean and tidy. Couch wasn't comfortable, but as previously stated, budget accommodation at a great price, so don't expect a luxury lodge for the price!

Beds are too small if you are over a size 14 or taller than 5ft8 as small double beds unfortunately. Very limited items in kitchen, we had no tin opener or spatula for cooking unfortunately.

Our third stay in the platinum lodges. We love them especially the hot tub! Great having 2 balcony areas and they're encloses so the dog can't escape!

Beautiful relaxing lodge. Dishwasher spa walk in wardrobe in main bedroom en suite really nice. There was cobwebs by the cooker and in main bathroom only 3 teaspoons 3 small plates when the lodge slept 4

Caravan was beautiful and clean hot tub was an added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. And certainly will come again.

Great holiday with kids. Perfect location .

The park was the perfect base for our holiday and the onsite facilities are handy. Very well organised to keep in line with Covid restrictions. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the onsite restaurant menu, a little bit more variety would’ve been very welcome, especially vegetarian options!

Very expensive for 3 nights but it was peak season..... Hemsby is a lovely little town and the beach was lovely

Caravan was clean but a little worn, as most dog friendly caravans are.
It was spacious and had a well made decking area with a picnic bench. There was a nice grassed area with some trees surrounding our block of caravans that the children lover to play on and explore.

Nice van, however found under a bed a packet of prescription drugs that weren’t ours, took to reception who were great and very apologetic. Also in shower a bar of soap, used not ours left on top of shower. Concerned not cleaning thoroughly enough given current pandemic. I bought own anti bacterial spray so cleaned van myself to make sure it was clean.

Excellent stay here with my family..Location brilliant lots too do with my 11&14 year old boys.
Accommodation New, we stayed in a Gold Plus. It was very clean and well equipped.
I would highly recommend this holiday for a break with the family. Lots too do also in surrounding villages as the Position of this holiday park is perfect.
This was A last minute booking to have a weekend break away and so impressed.
We will be returning.

Could not fault the park or caravan. The beach was lovely although the resort was not my type of thing.

Really enjoyed accommodation, some good facilities on site. Things let down were overpricing if facilities on site and on site restaurant and takeaway where felt food was poor

Lovely caravan
A second toilet would be ideal

The activities were limited due to the shortage of staff on site. We were here a week before schools broke up so this may be the reason why there were not too many staff perhaps. The climbing wall was limited to one day a week. And the pool kept being closed due to lack of lifeguards. Whereas the children’s club was open at 7.30 each night and was ok, the activities were a bit repetitive but the kids didn’t seem to mind though. One of the entertainment staff was a bit wooden, she would have been more suited to a receptionist or admin rather than kids entertainment. She seemed terrified half the time. Also, Some other residents were noisy after 10 pm which was an issue with sleeping children. The restaurant was overpriced. 4 breakfasts with coffees came to over £45. I asked if drinks and toast were included - but they weren’t. The food quality was poor too. Look at Weatherspoons for how to put on a good breakfast at half your costs.

Holiday was great but lake of information given for activity’s but I will return again as it was just right for me as a foster parent and children do have lots of issues with noise and crowds of people

Brilliant place, clean caravan no issues. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location to beach and arcades. Lacon arms is a lovely pub with great food right near the beach, also the beach cafe had lovely food and friendly staff.
