The caravan was lovely, with beautiful views.Very quiet with an excellent balcony.It wasn’t quite as quick clean as it could’ve been (there were still items from the last people under the bed!) and the grill pan was missing (reported to reception but never received one during our stay), but overall the caravan was lovely with plenty of space for a family of five.

Great site! I would highly recommend, great for the family, smaller more intimate site. Really close to lovely beach which was never crowded and great waves. Club house was excellent, food and drink to your table super fast and the food was great!! Matt Chew the DJ and our entertainer for the week is an absolute smashing guy!! So friendly and funny, he made our evenings in the club house great fun. We are definitely coming back next year.

The caravan was lovely and comfortable. The cleanliness could have been better. the toilets smelt of old stale urine and there were cobwebs everywhere. Other than that it was lovely.

Absolutely brilliant resort. Was a little nervous when we found out it was a Park Dene resort as we have had a few bad experiences with cleanliness and service of staff at Crimden Dene in Northumberland and White Cross Bay in the Lake District. This resort was absolutely fantastic though. Excellent staff, food and cleanliness. The location was perfect for us too, just a stone's throw away from Holywell Bay beach. Cannot fault the holiday in any way and are already looking to book again next year!

Fantastic caravan- very clean and had everything we needed. We only used the restaurant once for food as we weren't impressed with the quality of the food or friendliness of the staff. Apart from the restaurant everything was brilliant- lovely parks for the kids and well stocked on site shop with pleasant staff. Swimming pool could have been a bit warmer and childs pool was freezing but luckily it was a warm day .

Very clean caravan, spacious. Very minor maintenance issue sorted within half an hour. Staff friendly. Best location for an amazing beach, it really is less than a 10 minute walk!

Nice holiday park, great location, staff seemed very friendly. Caravan had everything we needed. Only down side, bathroom smelt strongly of urine, we cleaned if with bleach, but still had a slight odour of wee. But all in all yes we'd go back.

The caravan was poorly equipped for 8 people. Only 1 saucepan and no baking dishes or carving knives. It was self catering but wouldn’t have been able to cook a meal. The restaurant staff were really not interested, but it was the last 3 days of being open.

Such a shame dog's aren't allowed in the restaurant area so we couldn't make use of it.

Although we had a pet friendly van and expect it to not be perfect, it had an awfully strong bad smell. The carpets and upholstery could do with a professional clean. Caravan itself was pleasant although cleaning could be of a higher standard..

Basic caravan with all you need, only complaint - main bedroom bit of a tight squeeze and we are slim!

We normally have a bigger caravan so this felt a bit cramped but that was down to what I paid for.

Clean and had everything we needed

The site appears to be well maintained and the accommodation provided was more than acceptable

Our children loved it, we loved it. Cannot wait to create more memories next time we book.

Overall a very good holiday.

good holiday destination , there are many places to explore and walk , beach caves , cliffs etc small holiday park , facilities are limited , small pool and slide was closed ,Entertainment is average , same old stuff you see in every park dean resorts. if you have been to few of their parks recently then entertainment become bit boring , this is a nice clean small holiday park for active holiday near Beach

Amazing 4 days away with my family. Can’t wait to go back. The Only down side the bar lady wasn’t happy that I wasn’t ordering of the app at the bar. She was Bit rude bout it. Group of children was running round the site in the evening Knocking on doors and running away

Fantastic location! Nice van, clean but could do with new bedding and a bit of tlc - trims coming off kitchen units and dripping taps but otherwise all good. Pool is lovely and site is close to the beach!

1/2 mile flat walk to a lovely beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Small shop selling essentials Our caravan was very clean on arrival. Great position for exploring Cornwall. Overall a really nice place to stay
