Overall, we were really happy with everything else, just a shame about the oven and shower door.

We had a fantastic time! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the accessible caravan and honestly, it was one of the best we've come across (we've tried about 4 or 5 places). Loving the parking spot right outside too!

Ideal spot, everything close by

We stayed in a bronze caravan after our usual platinum one was sold out, which was a bit of a letdown but still lovely. Being in the first ten was definitely a bonus - super peaceful and quiet. We’d come back again!

We had a lovely stay! The caravan was exactly as described, super clean and comfortable. Staying in Valley View gave us breathtaking views and easy access to great coastal walks. Highly recommend!

The place was decent overall, but the double bed really needs to be swapped out.

The caravan had a lovely feel, but it seemed like an older Gold model. The bed wasn’t very comfy and the lounge carpet looked a bit worn out. Still nice though!

We loved the setting here, it’s really picturesque and perfect for exploring. The staff are genuinely friendly and always happy to help, which made our stay even better. Parking’s easy and the walking trails to places like Looe, Polperro and Talland Bay are just lovely. The boat trip to Fowey is a must-do for a full day out. The caravan was a bit tight with three of us, so next time we’ll bring our own. We’ll definitely be back!

The caravan was pretty decent for a week's trip. Parking was easy, just a short stroll to the amenities and it was spotless when we arrived, all good!

We really appreciated how the caravan was ready earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. The staff checked in on us with a quick visit to make sure everything was okay, which was thoughtful. The welcome pack was spot on-tea, coffee, biscuits and handy little bits like washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. Honestly, it felt just like being at home. Perfect stay!

Cleanliness was alright, but nothing really stood out.

The bedrooms are tiny and lack storage, but the living space is lovely.

Absolutely loved the caravan! It was spotless and had breathtaking views.

The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a self-catering trip. Honestly, we were a bit sceptical about the basic standard, but it exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Killigarth Manor during Easter. The place had everything we needed for a perfect family break in Cornwall. Such a lovely short getaway!

Comfortable overall, but the main bedroom feels a bit tight.

Overall, we had a decent stay, but it’s a shame the swimming pool was closed during our visit. Also, a proper dog area where you can let dogs off the lead would be a great addition since there are plenty of fields nearby.

We stayed in a lovely lodge. Very clean and had everything we needed. Park is very well kept. We used the swimming pool a few times. You had to book in advance because only so many can go in . Which was good for us because we had a 8 month baby with us. Only thing I think could be improved is the park . You got to go down a lot of steps to get there . And really out of the way. Think it could be put in a better place . And with no steps. But we had a lovely week there.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Accommodations are superb and site is dog friendly. Coastal walks on the doorstep with childrens park, crazy golf and indoor pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday park great location caravan comfortable and clean just let down by awful restaurant miserable staff which is not what you want after a long journey and first evening on park and poor hygiene saw waitress clear food from floor then bring our food to table without washing hands!! Food very poor quality and had a takeaway one day which went in the bin!!

We stayed in a caravan that was modern and clean. There is a club and indoor pool, decoration was a bit tired, but it was clean. I think this site is best suited to older couples and people with very small children who want a quiet holiday.

It was lovely and clean site with plenty of Bins located around the caravan park to put your rubbish in. Caravan was clean and tidy.
