The caravan was clean and tidy, and was fairly modern. The site was clean and well looked after, and it was nice the site was dog friendly. The view from our caravan was amazing. We were made to feel welcome snd would definitely visit again.

Very clean caravan, a little small, however perfect for a short break.Welcome gifts of coffee, tea and biscuits was a nice touch.

We couldn’t fault the lodge; it was a lot larger than we expected & the fittings were beautiful. The little gifts were a nice touch & much appreciated. It was very clean & well maintained. The hot tub was clean & used frequently by us!

Fantastic holiday in Cornwall. Caravan very clean and well equipped. Beer garden excellent and lovely to sit in the sun. Staff all really helpful and friendly. Great location on the coastal path and within short drive to lovely villages and beaches

Caravan good value for money but would have been better to have the option of decking ( all caravans with decking already booked).

My wife and I choose a platinum caravan and was pleasantly surprised, only issue is that the main bed, metal frame, was extremely squeaky and a cheap mattress, couldn't sleep well due to noise did report to reception and a piece of plastic was put under one leg ! Didn't make any difference. The park itself was perfect, the location we was in no76 was extremely quiet outside at night, shame about the bed. We didn't have time to use any of the facilities.

The lodge was very well equipped everything you could think of to make a meal from scratch Lovely built in fire and TV with sound system.Felt like home from home

10/10 great holiday fab location, lovely caravan easy access for days out. Only niggle beds not comfortable.

Caravan was lovely, 3 bed,very spacious,everything u needed in there,can't fault it

Had central heating as weather not great and helped get things dry, had a dish washer and fridge freezer, not great lover of the pvc/leather covers, but other than that, it was just right for our needs.

We stayed in a Platinum caravan which had everything we needed and was very clean. The park was lovely and quiet on the week we chose which suited us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We chose the park as a base to be able to explore nearby areas and having bus stops nearby made it easy to get around. Also being close to the coastal path meant we could walk to Looe, Polruan and Seaton.We were lucky to have great weather whilst on holiday and would not hesitate to come back to Killigarth Manor if we visit the area again. Highly recommended.

Clean tidy caravan. Perfect

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage’s peaceful setting was perfect for unwinding and the hot tub was definitely a highlight. Everything inside was spotless and well-equipped. Plenty of walks nearby, both in the village and surrounding areas. We loved it!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was super peaceful and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was a real highlight. Lovely hosts too. If you're after some calm and quiet, this is the spot to choose!

We stayed at this lovely cottage and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hot tub was a highlight! Just a heads up, there are some night flights from Stanstead.

The caravan matched the online description perfectly, which was great. Only downside was the previous tenants leaving rubbish in the bin under the sink. Overall, a very nice stay!

We stayed in a lovely lodge. Very clean and had everything we needed. Park is very well kept. We used the swimming pool a few times. You had to book in advance because only so many can go in . Which was good for us because we had a 8 month baby with us. Only thing I think could be improved is the park . You got to go down a lot of steps to get there . And really out of the way. Think it could be put in a better place . And with no steps. But we had a lovely week there.

Absolutely loved this place site extremely clean, food in the Barn tremendous and staff very helpful. Will be booking back up for next year

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Accommodations are superb and site is dog friendly. Coastal walks on the doorstep with childrens park, crazy golf and indoor pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday park great location caravan comfortable and clean just let down by awful restaurant miserable staff which is not what you want after a long journey and first evening on park and poor hygiene saw waitress clear food from floor then bring our food to table without washing hands!! Food very poor quality and had a takeaway one day which went in the bin!!

We stayed in a caravan that was modern and clean. There is a club and indoor pool, decoration was a bit tired, but it was clean. I think this site is best suited to older couples and people with very small children who want a quiet holiday.

It was lovely and clean site with plenty of Bins located around the caravan park to put your rubbish in. Caravan was clean and tidy.
