We've stayed at Knights Lodge a few times now and it’s always a lovely experience. The location is spot on - just 20 minutes from home but feels much further away in a good way, surrounded by nice walks and close to Burton and Ashby for shopping. The lodge itself is always spotless and well-maintained. The hot tub is a real treat, kept clean daily, which we really appreciate. Only downside this time was Poppy Lodge’s seating - it’s a bit cramped with six people, so some extra chairs or a sofa would make it perfect. Still, we’ll definitely be back!

We've stayed at Knights Lodges several times, but this was our first time in an Autograph Lodge. Booking for our family of five, including four adults and a teen, was straightforward and hassle-free. The lodge was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of space. The hot tub was a lovely touch! Overall, a really relaxing stay we’d happily repeat.

The hot tub was such a treat after a long day and the little extras like bread, milk, cake and prosecco on arrival really made us feel welcome. Plus, having robes to wear between dips was a nice touch. We could quite happily live here! Definitely recommend.

We stayed at Hawthorn Lodge for the second time in six months and it didn't disappoint. The place still looks br and new and was spotless once again. It’s spacious enough for six adults and we never felt cramped. Little touches like the welcome goodies, robes and slippers really made us feel special. The hot tub was pristine and stayed warm the entire time. Honestly, we’re already planning our next trip - can’t wait to come back! It’s such a lovely spot.

We had a fantastic week away in July and the staff were great. Could not fault the accommodations in any way as it was first class and we have booked up again for next year.

Fantastic lodge for a holiday. The hot tub was amazing and really did the trick for spending an evening. Although in a quiet location, there was plenty of places to visit close by including Alton Towers. The lodge was spotless, hosts were lovely and very informative and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place for families.

Great lodges for a quiet relaxing break.

Very comfortable accommodation! Great facilities! Good location, out on its own, but only 5mins drive from a shop and 10mins from Burton for a wider range of shops etc! We stayed with our 2 kids and everyone really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

We absolutely loved the lodge was lovely and quiet you do need to travel by car to get anywhere

Lodges are brand new and spotless. Owners communication was superb and the only difficulty we had was dealt with extremely quickly. Lovely location too. We plan to go back and would highly recommend to others. Only 2 points were that there is not much privacy for hot tubs as hedges are new and have not grown in yet and that there was no cafetiere.

Lovely lodge .. new, clean, spacious, well furnished. Great hot tub. In a field overlooking sheep. Not too far from food shops. Near a garden centre. Could do with oven glove, surface cleaning spray, a better can opener and corkscrew, more cutlery and another pan (we cook rather than eat out). Staff respond quickly to queries and care about your holiday experience.

We enjoyed a three nights with my family. It is very unique stay with mix of luxury and countryside feeling. The customer service was very helpful and they were willing to help. I highly recommend this destination for who is looking for a relaxation away from the city.
