24 - 27 August 2012, had a lovely weekend, staff very helpfully and the site very clean. The caravan was clean and homely. Children enjoyed the swimming pool and entertainment.. Not far from Bognor Regis or littlehampton for days out.. My family had a great time here and we will defiantly be back

Great stay overall, though the beds could be a bit comfier.

We had a decent stay overall. The location was pretty handy, which was a bonus. A few small touches, like extra towels or mats around the facilities, would’ve been nice but not essential. The kids’ entertainment was closed without prior notice, so we ended up entertaining the little ones ourselves or heading out. Not too bad though!

We went for a budget deal, so expected basic conditions, but everything was clean and perfectly usable. Good value overall.

We had a lovely stay and Susan did an amazing job cleaning the place! The sofa bed mattress isn't really comfy for sleeping - it's super thin, like only 2cm of foam. It'd be great if some of the three-bedroom vans had more than one double bed, as the twin beds are quite narrow for adults. Overall, a brilliant experience!

The caravan was quite cramped for six, honestly. Only five sets of cutlery and crockery? That’s a bit annoying, especially when you’re expecting more space and supplies.

We really enjoyed the park, it’s kept spotless and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It would be great if they had some info leaflets about the local spots, though. Also, the roads around the area are a bit risky-those roundabouts need sorting before someone gets hurt. Hopefully, they’ll do something soon!

We stayed in the caravan recently and it was spacious and really comfy, especially the beds. The fridge freezer was a good size, which was handy. However, we did spot dead flies on the window ledge when we arrived. Also, there weren’t enough knives, forks, or plates for a party of eight and a curtain at the door would’ve been a nice touch. Still, overall, a decent stay!

We really appreciated how spotless the place was - cleanliness is a big deal for us and I always get a bit anxious before arriving. Honestly, it can make or break the trip. The rest was great, though I didn’t sleep well on the beds, maybe just me?!

The stay was quite enjoyable overall, with lovely rooms and a great vibe. Sadly, the restaurant food didn't meet expectations and the outdoor pool was a bit of a letdown - not very inviting at all. Still, we had a good time!

We had a great time in Chichester! The campsite was perfect and the area lovely.

We stayed at the caravan recently and found it pretty nice and clean overall. A few things could be better, like the gas oven ignition not working, which was a bit annoying and some internal doors wouldn’t close properly. No bathroom glass or shelves and no hooks on the doors. Also, we had no instructions for the microwave, which was a pain!

Honestly, we had an amazing time! The views were stunning, especially the lake sighting, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was pretty much spot on, would definitely go again.

We stayed at this lodge recently and honestly, it’s quite beautiful inside. The cleanliness was mostly good, just a few cups with tea stains and a sweet wrapper tucked behind a unit in the lounge. Still, we’d come back!

Really impressed with how clean everything looks now, especially the windows and decking! Great job.

The lodge was lovely, but privacy was an issue since the windows go all the way around, so curtains are a must.

Very good location not far from Portsmouth as well not far from Brighton, littlehampton very good place to visit which just 8 miles far from the chechstet lakeside

This is a lovely location especially for families very friendly and helpful staff especially even when under pressure of weather and staff shortages due to sickness … Would definitely book again

Lovely caravan very clean. Only complaint was the beds are so uncomfortable.
