24 - 27 August 2012, had a lovely weekend, staff very helpfully and the site very clean. The caravan was clean and homely. Children enjoyed the swimming pool and entertainment.. Not far from Bognor Regis or littlehampton for days out.. My family had a great time here and we will defiantly be back

Caravan was great, everyyhing look new however the sofa looked heavily stained. Did not detract from the caravan but it was obviously in need of either replacing or deep clean

Overall a good 4 day break made better by the good weather. Clean and tidy site surrounded by lovely picturesque lakes. Excellent terrace in the restaurant overlooking one of the lakes. Lovely area to sit with food and a drink.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage! The place was spotlessly maintained and super well equipped. Loved the fact that there were plenty of walking spots right outside the door, perfect for the dogs. The host was really friendly and quick to respond. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real highlight. We’ll definitely return - such great value! Highly recommend.

We had such a lovely weekend here! The place was perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dogs absolutely adored the underfloor heating and the garden kept them entertained for hours. Luna even came home with a strained tail - apparently she was wagging it so much all weekend! We’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at a really lovely place that was super cosy and warm, which was a lifesaver on that rainy December day! The bath was fantastic and the shower was spacious - we loved it. The house is right under a flight path but honestly, it didn’t bother us one bit. Perfect spot for dogs who dislike fireworks, surrounded by nature. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

The cottage was just what we needed-peaceful and private, yet close enough to town for easy access. The hot tub was a real treat and the underfloor heating kept everything cosy. Rob and Sharon made us feel so welcome and Bonnie’s adorable! We’re already planning our return.

We had a decent stay overall. The location was pretty handy, which was a bonus. A few small touches, like extra towels or mats around the facilities, would’ve been nice but not essential. The kids’ entertainment was closed without prior notice, so we ended up entertaining the little ones ourselves or heading out. Not too bad though!

We had a great stay! The caravan was super modern and spotless, you'd never guess dogs had been there, it was so clean. Our dog loved watching the geese from the window. Parking right outside was a real bonus. We’ll definitely come back!
