Lovely views, great caravan. A bit near a cows shed, which js nice at first but there are lots of flies.

Lovely holiday very relaxing everything we needed

The site is situated in an amazing natural beauty area, great to walk and explore the outdoors. On site is definitely geared to camping. The staff go above and beyond, and couldn't fault them. The East Lyn van felt a little dated, the finish was poor, gaps in the kitchen worktop, blinds that don't work, gaps in the front door. There are no shower mats so difficult to shower then use the toilet without wet feet each time. Would stay again but with lower expectations regards the van itself. Definitely worth the visit for Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe Beach, Quince Honey Farm and Combe Martin Dinosaur World.

The caravan was well equipped

Except for the beds which were far to soft for us, we loved everything about our vacation. The camping site is small (as expected) but superbly maintained and the staff was more than helpfull. The perfect pitch for exploring Cornwall. We loved to stay and can recommend it to everybody.

Amazing holiday once again ?? such a lovely site, helpful staff. The Dunkery makes the perfect little holiday home. Already booked up for next year, will be our 3rd year and we can’t wait. Thank you.

Really great caravan in a beautiful setting. We had a fantastic holiday staying at Malmesmead. Caravan was spacious, clean and comfortable.

the caravan is an older model but it was pleasant and comfortable. we had issues with the shower, the shower bar/rail was very loose/hanging off...but was fixed immediately on reporting. the shower tray was very slow in draining and almost overflowed, but again was immediately fixed on reporting...no further problems with the shower. the views were amazing from the living room window. the fridge was a tad on the small side, but we managed. there were no baking trays in the oven but there were pyrex dishes. a lovely, traditional very comfortable caravan, would definately stay again.

Good accommodation, great hot tub with panoramic view. Well equipped kitchen with spacious fridge freezer. Well organised waste collection area. Only let down is very poor Wi-Fi. Would book again.

We enjoyed the holiday and location nice to relax and not keep rushing a round, beautiful countyside and lovely place, it was nice doing self catering and you can, come back when you won't and not have to rush, the caravan site was nice not to big.

Nice caravan but a little cramped

Well fitted van. There were a couple of marks on the walls and door that should have been picked up on cleaning. Also they supply washing up liquid but no hand sanitizer in bathroom. Tv reception played up a bit, but i wasnt there to watch telly

We had Malmsmead, and it was clean and tidy, and we had no issues. Having said that, the Wi-Fi and tv signals were a bit flakey, and the single beds really are for children size!

A great location with amazing views. Accommodation was very good and the hot tub was such a bonus

Amazing place to stay

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!

Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!

Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!

Absolutely loved how well maintained and equipped this cottage is. Plenty of dog walks right on the doorstep. Very friendly host, they were so efficient and communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time in Goddard Mead. The cottage was very complete and there were walks on the doorstep. The welcome and stay was very warm. The owners are lovely people.

Such a lovely place to stay in a really beautiful, private location. The owners were really friendly and helpful, nearby if needed but without breaking that sense of privacy. The lovely cottage is situated on a working farm, but is very private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are delightful. The cottage is very spacious with good equipment in the kitchen and the bathroom. A beautifully maintained site with wonderful views. There's a pub at the entrance (looks nice but we didn't visit this time), an onsite laundry and a small shop in reception. I would definitely recommend that you bring enough food as there are NO supermarkets to nip out to (a Costcutter in Lynmouth has essentials but not much selection for more than a couple of days).

A brilliant place to navigate north Devon. Any problems were sorted very quickly with very friendly staff.

We had a perfectly lovely stay at Lynmouth Holiday Retreat, the staff couldn't have been nicer they came to find us as we got a little lost, then took us straight to our caravan, which was amazing, the height of cleanliness, even a little pot of teabags, coffee, chocolate, sugar and milk to greet us on arrival, we will book again, the site was very much a retreat very peaceful, easy to get out and about and lovely to come back to a little quiet, the staff were always cheery and smiley, a lovely holiday thankyou.

This place is amazing I cannot recommend it enough and no iam not related to anyone who runs it lol it was just an amazing stay the view is phenomenal just wish I could wake up to it every day so good for well being will defiantly stay again ten out of ten
