had a lovely nweekend here, the site is very clean and all the staff are very friendly, even the housekeeper came to the caravan to make sure everything was ok thats the 1st time in all the years we have been staying at caravan parks, they even upgraded us to a gold for free, its about 3 minutes drive to morrisons and hm bargains and it took us 12 mins to walk into rhyl, we will definately stay here again.

good clean camp children enjoyed entertainment all staff very pleasant and helpful especially Billy the security guard who gave me a lift back to our van because i cant walk too far THANKS FOR A GOOD HOLIDAY WILL COME BACK AGAIN

what an excellent site. Had a problem with first caravan but we were upgraded,free of charge,to a luxury caravan.All the staff,including the cafe and shop,were so friendly and helpful.The housekeeper was especially helpful,and so friendly.We took our 2 dogs with us and 2 grandchildren and its definitely the best site we have been on. Will be back next year.

Caravan has always been spotless and has everything you need! no complaints from us!

Standard caravan facilities, though the mattresses were far too soft for us oldies, with our aged backs and aches and pains. Plenty of room for the two of us though and although we didn't cook in the caravan, there seemed to be ample utensils and pots etc. Wi-fi was good, though tv went down during set up. Soon sorted by two of Marine Parks' excellent Maintenance guys.

We stayed at Goddard's Mead recently and honestly, it was lovely. Rob and Sharon put so much effort into converting this historic building with care and they’re genuinely friendly hosts - made us feel really welcome, especially Bonnie! The place has everything you need for a chilled-out stay. The location’s perfect too, in a lovely part of Essex. We definitely recommend exploring Thaxted and the surrounding villages - loads of interesting history and charming architecture to enjoy!

We stayed at the Captains Quarters lodge and honestly, it was a fantastic find for the price. The place was super comfy, with TVs in each bedroom and the hot tub was just perfect after a long day. Definitely better value than a hotel or B&B for everyone!

A good affordable holiday for the family, kids had a good time, It is directed more towards the younger children as my 13year old only had the pool that she was interested in, Pool is lovely and had chairs where you can sit and relax and watch the kids If you don't want to get in, Only thing is very little staff in the pool area, I went to book us in for the pool for the next day but there were no staff at all, so had to come back the next day Over all it is a nice place to holiday, staff are friendly and the molibe homes are perfect for the family
