had a lovely nweekend here, the site is very clean and all the staff are very friendly, even the housekeeper came to the caravan to make sure everything was ok thats the 1st time in all the years we have been staying at caravan parks, they even upgraded us to a gold for free, its about 3 minutes drive to morrisons and hm bargains and it took us 12 mins to walk into rhyl, we will definately stay here again.

good clean camp children enjoyed entertainment all staff very pleasant and helpful especially Billy the security guard who gave me a lift back to our van because i cant walk too far THANKS FOR A GOOD HOLIDAY WILL COME BACK AGAIN

what an excellent site. Had a problem with first caravan but we were upgraded,free of charge,to a luxury caravan.All the staff,including the cafe and shop,were so friendly and helpful.The housekeeper was especially helpful,and so friendly.We took our 2 dogs with us and 2 grandchildren and its definitely the best site we have been on. Will be back next year.

We tried to get the internet in the caravans, but apparently you can only book it monthly. They told us to call and they’d sort it out, but no one answered when we rang. We also emailed them twice with no reply. The amusement arcade doesn’t open until after 12, so if you have issues, you’re out of luck. On the plus side, the site was spotless and the swimming pool was fantastic!

The site was really cramped, with caravans packed in tightly and very limited parking space. Not great.

Simple fix, but it would really tidy up the wardrobes.

Service was disappointing and not worth the money.

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was spotless and had all the essentials we needed. The only downside was the parking situation; it’s quite common nowadays and our spot was a bit further back, so lugging our stuff involved a few trips. Luckily, the weather stayed dry!

Had an amazing time, everything was perfect from start to finish. Can’t wait to return next year!

The caravan was quite a distance from the main complex, which was a bit inconvenient. Shower handle was tricky to turn off.

Had a small issue when the lights went out, but maintenance sorted it quickly. Definitely recommending this place to friends!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Captains Quarters lodge. It’s quite comfy, with TVs in the bedrooms and a fantastic hot tub. At the reduced rate, it’s definitely better value than booking multiple hotel rooms or B&Bs. Would recommend!

We recently stayed in the accessible caravan 410A at Marine Holiday Park and honestly, it was fantastic. The place was spotless and really felt welcoming. The ramp made it super easy for my partner’s wheelchair and moving around inside was no problem at all. All the amenities inside the caravan worked perfectly, which made our stay so comfortable. We did have to ask staff about a blown bulb for the fire since my partner’s quite sensitive to light and they sorted it out quickly-by the end of the day, it was replaced! We left feeling really relaxed and refreshed. Fingers crossed we get to visit again sometime soon. It’s rare to find such accommodating and friendly service, so thumbs up all round!

We had a fantastic stay at Marine Park! The location couldn't have been better - super handy for popping to the shops and grabbing what we needed. The pool was a hit with the kids and the staff were genuinely lovely and always on hand when we needed help. The caravans were comfortable overall, though the beds could do with an upgrade - that’s the only thing that slightly marred our experience. We’d definitely come back, especially if the mattresses got a makeover!

We didn’t bother with the pool since our teens weren’t interested in the entertainment. The caravan was spotless when we arrived and it was a nice touch to find some tea, coffee sachets and even miniature washing up liquid with a sponge and tea towel. The location was decent - a bit of a drive to the main attractions, but Morrison's is only five minutes away and the local cinema by the seafront was affordable. Not bad at all!

The caravan was really comfy and peaceful, especially since it wasn’t too close to the clubhouse. Great stay!

We ended up with a sub let that wasn’t in the best shape, which was a bit disappointing. We told staff about the issues and they did try to sort things out. Overall, we had a lovely time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. It’s worth a visit!

Lovely, relaxing stay

The site is really well maintained, always tidy and looks great every time we visit.

We had a really nice holiday overall - the place was spotless and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that most of the arcade machines weren’t working, which was a bit of a let-down. Also, being put in a disabled caravan wasn’t ideal; the shower leaked everywhere and was pretty rubbish, so we had to keep it on low to avoid flooding. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Decent caravan, but we missed having hangers in the wardrobe and some hooks for coats. Still good!

Really enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and a clean, comfy caravan. Would return!

A good affordable holiday for the family, kids had a good time, It is directed more towards the younger children as my 13year old only had the pool that she was interested in, Pool is lovely and had chairs where you can sit and relax and watch the kids If you don't want to get in, Only thing is very little staff in the pool area, I went to book us in for the pool for the next day but there were no staff at all, so had to come back the next day Over all it is a nice place to holiday, staff are friendly and the molibe homes are perfect for the family
