Would now use private apartment or B & B's as we do not use facilities so are paying more for less quality

Lovely caravan. Good sized main bedroom. Very clean.

Our Burst of Blue was situated one of the closest to the club house - and I want to say that was absolutely zero problem at all! Last drinks at 10PM meant beautiful quietness, nicely glazed too so really didn't hear anything. The foot cushions were so nice to use and the dining table was a fabulous size! TV's in every room were a lovely bonus and the ambient lighting both inside and out were just the finishing touch!

We stayed Monday to Friday , came home on Wednesday.Suppose to have been a luxury caravan no way was it !Seating in lounge area and dining area was dirty as was the carpet .The shower had black mould.The bed you could feel all the springs .The toilet seat in main bathroom was too small didnt fit the bowl at front.The oven had a huge gap at the top letting all heat out so wasn't usable .Very let down and disappointed, total waste of money !

Great for the 4 of us and the dog. The hot tub was great The welcome back for Belle our dog was so cute and gratefully appreciated.

To expensive to what it was

Very basic accommodation certainly not 6 berth definitely not suitable for more than one, or two people at the most. No washing machine or dishwasher some utensils in the pot were dirty, that's unacceptable yet it still got ticked off by the cleaning team .Told only allowed one toilet roll hilarious, hotels give you more, even to start with there's at least 2. On a positiveDog gift was a nice touch

The Burst of Blue 8 Berth Hot Tub was great! Two of the eight people need to sleep on a pull out bed in the lounge area (I didn’t realise this!) but it worked out fine. The bed is quite small so you need to be small to be comfortable!The hot tub is delightful!

Nice, spacious and clean. The hot tub was always checked on twice a day.

Beautifully presented caravan. Could have been staying in a 4 star hotel.

Tvs & internet did not work

Not a lot to do at the park for older children and entertainment venue was quiet. Toilets were good. Cost of food and drink were expensive and menu for the Missing Squirrel and the Green Room are the same with no pasta dishes!!! Ran out of some dishes by our last night (Monday) so limited choice. Seemed to be short staffed (not Saturday) so service took a while and had to wait/ask for tables to be cleared. Caravan with hot tub was good. Ideal for families with younger children.

Other than the cleaning not being done thoroughly the accommodation was very good

Amazing!Only thing I would feedback would be with the hot tubs it would be useful to have a bit of support to save slipping when getting in and out of it

Really clean and tidy, welcome pack with dishcloth, washing up liquid, scouter and tea towel. Plenty of towels supplied for the hot tub.

Loved this lodge & its location. The hot tub was our favourite! The burst of blue had a good hair dryer. Good showers, comfy beds, the triple room had a small single and the bunk beds were normal size singles. The fridge was big enough and it had a large freezer underneath with about 4 compartment. We were provided with a small washing up liquid, sponge and drying cloth when we arrived, we also had a dishwasher which we didn’t use and a tablet provided. Small packaged soaps were left in the bathrooms, we got our own toilet rolls. The towels were really large, and soft. We only used the hob which worked fine. The patio balcony area was a nice size & the hot tub was wonderful!

Good , couldn’t check in 20 minutes early after 6 hour drive and bar drinks expensive.

Nice lodge and nice bar/lounge

Well appointed van with terrace, good sized double bedroom, 2nd twin bedroom had decent sized beds, but third bedroom only suitable for small children. Bench style sofa disappointing - would have been better with a proper sofa,. A TV in each room was unnecessary.

We were using the site as a base for visiting friends and it was perfect for this. The site is well maintained with all vans being modern and our van was well cleaned and very spacious

Not 3 beds snd 2 baths/shower that we thought we would get/booked. 1double and 2 tiny bedrooms and 1 shower for 8 berth. No bath. The other 7 berth caravans were nicer.

What a lovely holiday park! The site is well maintained, welcoming and peaceful. If your looking for a slightly more upmarket caravan stay, then look no further. The staff were friendly and super helpful, even though they had a big group staying they managed the bar/restaurant well - so we didn't have to wait long for service. The caravan itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay.
