Will be coming back to this style of caravan. Slightly better interior and outside decking is worth the extra.

A really good caravan spacious and clean

Unfortunately we did not get the caravan that we thought we were getting which was shown on the booking website but the holiday was discounted and still represented good value. The railway line next to the site was very noisy both day and night and as we had a nervous dog which was a real problem. The site was clean and well maintained, would we go back is open to debate.

The caravan itself was lovely, very clean and spacious for four people. Unfortunately the lack of facilities really let it down. The children’s park had one baby swing and the other was missing, no benches to sit on, dog poo scattered throughout the bark underneath the flying fox which was held together with duck tape , so not great ????. The tavern bar was closed two out of the three days we were there. We used it the only night it was open and no food menus were available , only pizza and paninis being served. The onsite shop had barely anything in it, maybe this was due to it being the start of the season? We needed teabags but there weren’t any available. No wifi in the caravans , only wifi available in the bar area. The tv signal was terrible and we were not able to watch it at all. One of the staff came and had a look after i explained it wasn’t working but we were told that any rain or wind effects the signal so we were not able to use it and it continuously glitched. There was a closed off area with tape around it, looked like outdoor toilet’s or laundry? A strange interaction on our third day when a staff member chapped our door to repair a missing cooker knob? I didn’t report an issue or even notice it missing when we were there so not sure if they were in the caravan when we were out of it or this was an issue reported before us. Im sure this type of break will suit other families, but for us it was too quiet. I should have researched the site more before booking. I had taken games and baking etc to keep my kids occupied when we were in the caravan. Moffat town is nice to visit for a few hours, everyone is so friendly and grey mairs tail was amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of activities and lovely walks nearby, definitely recommend it.

Great holiday park plenty to do good walks 5 minutes walk gets you bus .

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely caravan. The bed was super comfy and it was spotless everywhere. A few small touches like clear heating instructions and some hooks or a towel rail would make it even better. Loved the cute tea towel and sponge set too! Overall, a great stay, would definitely return.

Such a lovely caravan with lovely comfy bed, and immaculately clean, could be made perfect with a couple of little additions. Instructions for working the heating, struggled to turn it off! Bed side lamp, bathroom shelf and hooks, there is nowhere to hang a towel or put your toothbrush. Love the little tea towel sponge set!

Overall, we had a lovely time. The mattress might need an upgrade, but everything else was perfect!
