Very clean and tidy on arrival. Vehicle parking space at side of caravan. Great location on site.

Nice caravan, big enough for the 3 of us, although the position of ours was very close to the play park and entertainment area, made it quite noisy at night for our 5 year old going to sleep!

lovely Caravan and clean. Would be nice for users not to use outside shoes in as the carpet gets dirty and stained.

A nice caravan that suited our needs very well.

The toilet without the shower was a little tight on space, ideal for children. Good to see an easy to use central heating control panel to which we put to good use first thing in the morning. If I could complain about anything it would be the floor in the kitchen and shower room it was very slippery and even in bare feet. Overall the van was very clean both inside and out.

There was some damage which was known about and awaiting repair.We didn't realise how small the single beds would be, not really suitable for adults.

Booked 2 caravans on site for our family weekend away (7 adults, 6 children). Both caravans were spotless. The staff were very friendly throughout the complex. Good on site arcade & play park. Swimming was book the day before for 45mins. Definitely recommend the roast dinner at The Neptune. Fab weekend, would return.

Swimming pool was disappointing as only 45 min slots however it was a nice clean pool. Overall liked the place as a base.

Beautiful caravan an. Lovely pool. Really friendly staff. Everything very clean and organised. Loads to do around the area. Perfect mini break.

3 night break , caravan was as new, food in the pub/restaurant good quality& reasonably priced, staff very helpful, only down side was having to park in the main carpark due to high occupancy
