Very clean caravan. good sized veranda, pity there was no outdoor furniture, so as to make better use of the veranda.

The lodge was really nice but location in the park wasn’t great.

The caravan was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for better.

Lovely caravan suitable for someone in a wheelchair.The only downside is the gate doesnt have a catch to keep it open which is a problem when pushing a wheelchair up the ramp in windy conditions, which is often in Skegness.

Brilliant holiday apartment, has everything you need, feels like being at home.

Caravan had absolutely no drawers in any of the rooms and the kitchen cupboards were taken up by equipment so only left one small cupboard for our groceries

Not of gold standard compared to other gold caravans that we have stayed in

Caravan was modern and comfortable apart from beds which we found too firm but May suit others more. The handle on the only large knife was broken and the frying pan was small but we used the grill instead. The microwave was also a grill and oven, some instructions would have been handy. Overall though, these were just minor things.

A lovely accessable caravan, good value for money too.

Decent location but quite dated and not a lot to do on the site plus really free wifi now is a given but here that’s not the case

The apartment was good (micro, kettle, oven, fridge worked perfectly). The beds were comfy. No handtowel.

Very basic in terms of creature comforts and personal experience. 1. Requires coat hook on the wall for hanging coats 2. Hooks on backs of bedroom doors to hang dressing gown etc 3. An airer to dry towels on or extra hooks in the wet room ???? 4. A clean mop head to clean & dry wet room floor 5. In an age where infection control is high on the agenda it's a requirement and a basic need. If you provide this equipment then I use it.

we booked a gold 8 but were given a pet 8 not enough seats for our party. dust round radiators toe nail clipping under radiator dog fur found. only glasses and cutlery for 6 and bedding for 6. reception waste of time didnt want to know just sent extra bits and pieces

First class accommodation

Was comfortable but I had two young children with me and the steel stairs to get to the room was a bit dangerous especially for the four year old. A ground floor would have been better. The site should have asked the ages of the children before allocating the room.

The Tennyson accomodation was shocking, it cleary hasnt been updated since it was built a long time ago, needs knocking down in my opinnion. Avoid.

Perfect, for what we needed, perfect location, beautifully clean, had everything in it we needed, could not fault the apartment.will definitely be booking again.

Apartment was lovely and clean staff was so friendly they let us leave the bags because the train was not till later on but I think they need somewhere to wash your clothes on site beds where soft to sleep on TVs in all the rooms

Had a lovely holiday away with the Grandchildren. Flat was perfect. Clean and full of home comforts. Everything we needed was at hand.

Lovely van, only thing I would say, is that the mattress was like a board and the springs dug into me and my husband whenever we lay down on it.

The caravan was amazing, very clean and spacious, my family loved it. Location is perfect for the town centre and beach. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Can't praise North Shore Holiday Park enough, our apartment was excellent, we couldn't have wanted anything better . Clean, comfortable , plenty of space. The site was clean, there is a shop on site. We didn't try any of the amenities, but there is a couple of bars, bingo if wanted, kids play areas, I could go on ! It's Near to Skegness beach and sea front entertainment. Ingoldmels is a short bus ride a way, with fantasy island and markets. Needless to say we enjoyed our short break away tremendously.

We had a weekend break in a pet friendly 4 berth caravan from Friday to Monday and there's really no bad points at all. From the outset on arrival, the reception staff were informative and friendly to the cleanliness of the van and the facilities in and around the site. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend North Shore Holiday Park.

Just a little gripe, hot taps get very hot very quick, not good for small children,
