Excellent short break

Did nt meet our expectations overall would nt go back. Only plus was lodge was lovely and so was the hot tub.

Loved it. Highly recommend it

Difficult to say as Covid restrictions caused issues...no restaurant, no instructions for equipment, availability and acces so limited ...so not good vfm

Lodge itself very spacious with a good layout. Could have been cleaner in the corners. The location just wasn’t great for us - too much road noise.

Weather was good so we good make use of location. However, limitations on site itself.

The quote late check in and early departure made break feel considerably shorter.

Lovely week away, lodge was very modern and comfortable, the park itself was lovely and quiet with great pool and splash park for the kids, would definitely return!

Lovely lodge with great fixtures and fittings. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness, especially given the current circumstances. Some high touch items had been removed but this wasn’t a big deal for us.

The hot tub was lovely and hot on the first night which was great!

The lodge park has a lot of lodges on site and it can feel a bit cramped in areas. The lodge park also backs on to the A47 and you can hear road noise both day and night.

The park facilities were great and well looked after. We were able to book time slots for the pool and a table outside for bar drinks. Overall we had a great holiday and would happily return.

Lovely and beautiful place for a weekend away

Lovely family holiday at this resort. The location enabled us to travel to a number of attractions in Norfolk which we loved. We would definitely recommend this lodge.

Had the best holiday! So good to enjoy facilities that were not over crowded.

Great holiday and lovely well kept site.

Restaurant is delivery only at the moment which is fine and quite understandable.
However, our food got mixed up with another lodge and ours was delivered to them and vice versa, by the time we got our food it was quite cold

Great lodge, lovely inside, nice decor and modern.
Scored slightly lower on the cleanliness as we had to request for the decking to be cleaned, but the staff were great and did this straight away. Great to have a smart TV and fantastic wifi! Great break and nice change of scenery

Mannington was a lovely lodge. However the dishwasher was broken on arrival, but it was mended very promptly. The only downside was the price which must have been taking advantage of the high demand due to holidays abroad being cancelled.

I have already said how much we enjoyed staying in the lodge and will certainly recommend it to others.

Very good only complaint full ashtray left on decking table from previous occupants

Excellent value for money experience, restaurant not open because of restrictions but used their takeaway service and the food was exceptional and filling.

Lovely lodge.
It would of been handy to of had a fan available or a ceiling fan in the living room as on a hot day with the full glass windows it can get very hot.

Also it would of been even more better for pets if they had access to a secure glass area attached to the lodge.

Very disappointed that the welcome pack wasn't available had to rush to the on site shop to get milk etc with only 10 mins to spare before closing should have been told about the pack during the booking process

Unable to review the restaurant as it remained closed due to Covid-19, however we did have a takeaway which was ok if you don’t want to cook but would recommend a trip to Waitrose in Swaffham to pick something nice to cook.
The on site shop is expensive and poorly stocked, however it’s ok if you have forgotten something, you may just be lucky that it’s in stock.
Overall the the holiday was lovely, the lodge was lovely and the staff that we came into contact with were friendly. We would recommend.

on the whole the accommodation was good however some items were missing from kitchen and no instruction booklets for kitchen appliances (Maybe due to covid restrictions)
A little cramped in the living room perhaps a reconfiguration would be advantageous in this area as the seating is too near the TV.

Excellent days spent at this site. Accommodation is exceptionally good, site is well maintained and very clean

The proximity to the main road meant that it was noisy and made the holiday less relaxing.

Outside area was a little dirty , cobwebs & lots of dead flys on decking , a broom in lodge would be handy to keep tidy , apart from that it was spot on

The lodge was spacious, clean and very modern. The park was also clean and the children loved the facilities. The kids jet skis and arts and crafts sessions were a hit!

We had a lovely time.

Everything was amazing. The spa was really good. We had an amazing time. The activities on offer are brilliant, all of the staff were amazing. We will definitely be returning. The only thing we did say was that to maybe have a kiddies disco on just for an hour would be really good.

Not informed of wayer cuts to be aware of problems around and prepare

From the minute we arrived, we were impressed with the high standard of customer service. Reception staff really welcoming. Our lodge was beautiful, very high spec throughout, decorated beautifully. Fully equipped kitchen so everything you need if you did self catering. I dont cook when im on holiday, toast for breakfast is my limit ... so we used the restaurant every day we were there. The food was exceptional, a good menu to suit all tastes. The restuarant/bar staff were very good, very helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices on food and drinks too which can be unusual in these sort of places. We had a really lovely stay, explored the areas surrounding. The gym was a welcome surprise, really up to date equipment and was used during our stay. Would definitely return here.

Second time we’ve been now & we absolutely love it!
