Loved coming here for our little family break, only thing I would change would be the booking system with the swimming. I think it should be just turn up an if its full its full. Apart from that staff were brilliant. Caravan was lovely and also very clean.

Great will be boo,ing in future.

The mulberry prestige is a comfortable modern caravan that offers a home from home feel, and was well equipped for all our needs

Caravan lacked really basic things such as, hooks to hang up coats, more than 4 coats of hangers in the entire caravan, atleast one dishwasher tab would have been helpful, hair dryer and wifi included these are simple things that should have been included. Also the caravan had doors that were stupidly attached so they smashed into each other and scraped constantly and no instructions on how to use the heating or the fire in the front room. Also the door frame kept coming off everytime we opened and closed the door.

Nothing to say but great caravan

We booked a dog-friendly getaway and honestly, it was just what we needed. Lovely place with great nearby pubs and plenty of walking options. The dog loved it, didnt want to leave at all!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless, peaceful and the hosts were super friendly. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Loved the enclosed garden for our dog too!

Lovely place, Ideal for a couple.

We had a fantastic weekend stay here! Everything about it was just right for us and were already planning to come back. The garden was a hit and our dogs had a blast. Luna especially loved wagging her tail so much she strained it-her vet confirmed its from all the fun. Happy pups, happy us!

We stayed at Goddard's Mead recently and it was lovely. Rob and Sharon really put a lot of effort into converting the historic building and it shows. They gave us such a warm welcome and Bonnie was adorable too. The place has everything you need for a chilled-out stay. The location is perfect - right in Essexs heart - and wed definitely recommend exploring Thaxted and the surrounding villages to soak up the history and charm. Definitely worth a visit!

Such a tranquil spot, the Jacuzzi really made our stay special!

Its perfectly situated in a lovely part of Essex and wed definitely recommend exploring Thaxted and nearby villages to soak up the history and charm. Definitely a spot wed return to!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The location was perfect-serene and quiet, with stunning views of the surrounding farms. The horses were a lovely sight too. The owners were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a spot well come back to for a peaceful getaway!

We loved this cosy little cottage! Its in a perfect spot - secluded but still close to local shops and eateries. The hot tub was fantastic and the underfloor heating in the bathroom made all the difference. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie are such lovely hosts. Cant wait to return!

We had a fantastic time! Sharon and Robert really went out of their way to make us feel at home, which we really appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean, cosy and perfect for our dog Archie - he loved it! The location was great, with loads of lovely walks nearby and Thaxted and the other villages are definitely worth exploring. Honestly, we left feeling refreshed and relaxed, it was just what we needed!

The owners are genuinely lovely and went above and beyond when the storm knocked out the power. The cottage was spotless, warm and well-equipped. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Its a proper cosy getaway.

Amazing little resort. It has everything you need. The one minor downfall is the prices in the Club Tropicana. I imagine a family on a budget would really struggle to make the most of the entertainment venue.

Everything you need on site or 10 mins drive away there are buses in till later if you don't drive lots and lots to do around the area

Lots of things for the children to do. Found it over crowded at times. Great location though. Caravan in the small side

The entertainment team are just fantastic & are second to none.
The site has everything you need & it is just a few miles from Fantasy Island & Skegness.
I would highly recommend staying here.

From start to finish was an excellent holiday. Good value for money . Free entertainment, free swimming, children soft play,food and drink reasonable price. Got 2 coffees,fruit shoot,coke,and shoot at bar. Kids club, out door play, tennis and football. Chapel st leonards is a fantastic beach. Only 10min walk. 20 min drive from Skegness. All around very good holiday and caravan site.

Our static was well prepared and spotlessly clean.
My chef son made good use of the small kitchen and gas oven (after buying a suitable knife and chopping board). The water pressure was good especially in the large shower.
Wi-Fi was available for up to three mobiles/tablets and was adequate.
We brought a fan which turned out to be a blessing!
We also brought our own towels/T-towels/loo rolls and small rubbish bags.
The static had plenty of storage/wardrobes/hangers (but no hooks).
The small fridge and freezer were both efficient.
There is an on-site laundromat and the lovely beach is a short walk away.
(We didn’t make use of our free passes to the evening entertainment or swimming pool so unable to evaluate).
There is a good supermarket over the main road and a large Co-op and small butchers less than a mile away.

Had a great week here with the mrs and 2 kids, plenty to do in the park during the day at the entertainment. Although we never used this to our advantage as we would venture into Skegness for the day but we spent a few nights at the entertainment and it was ideal for kids woth soft play and games etc. Swimming pool also really good woth flumes for my oldest kid but youngest 6 month old went a bit blue in the pool after 30 mins so she had to go out but overall really pleased with the holiday and resort as a whole

Good valuefor the money, very clean site.

Ideal holiday only downside was no table and chairs to sit outside on hot days
