Really enjoyed the stay

We honestly think this was one of the best caravans we've stayed in, especially with the car parked right beside it, which was a real bonus. The swimming pool was a lovely touch - we used it a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The entertainment here is definitely better than other sites we've been to and we weren’t disappointed. Only thing is, they could be a bit tougher with kids running around during the adult shows. During school holidays, it might get chaotic!

There was a real mess under both sofas, clearly neglected for weeks. But to their credit, cleaners arrived within an hour. Beds were comfy, shower was fantastic. Overall, very happy!

The caravan was spotless and really modern, with quick wifi, a dishwasher and an en-suite bedroom. The grass was well-kept and tidy everywhere.

The small bedroom’s blind was a bit dodgy, so we had to tell housekeeping. Also, the caravan could’ve been cleaner - the floor was quite messy. Not the best stay!

We stayed in a brand-new caravan with a lovely front balcony, perfect for relaxing. The place had three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge freezer - very handy! We also enjoyed watching the 80s weekend performances in the club Tropicana, which were really good. Plus, there's an arcade just across the road for some extra fun. All in all, we had a cracking weekend and would definitely come back. It was a great little escape for us!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, especially if you don’t have a car - buses to Skegness run regularly and the beach is just a short walk away. There’s a great supermarket and plenty of food options nearby. Perfect for families!

Overall, it was quite good, but honestly, the final nights really spoiled it. The fighting, loud noise and bad language left a sour taste. Still, I might consider returning next year if things improve.

We had an awesome week, the weather was perfect and the caravan was spotless and super comfy with plenty of space. Given everything we've been through with Covid 19, we really appreciated how well organised everything was - from the smooth key collection to the swimming bookings, which were managed so everyone could enjoy safely without overcrowding. There was no live entertainment at night, but the nightly kids' movies made up for it and they made sure everyone stayed seated and distanced properly. Big thumbs up for that effort!

Really impressed with the overall stay. The caravan was spotless and comfy. Fast, friendly service when we needed a new kettle. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little caravan, plus it’s got its own spot.

Amazing little resort. It has everything you need. The one minor downfall is the prices in the Club Tropicana. I imagine a family on a budget would really struggle to make the most of the entertainment venue.

Everything you need on site or 10 mins drive away there are buses in till later if you don't drive lots and lots to do around the area

The entertainment team are just fantastic & are second to none. The site has everything you need & it is just a few miles from Fantasy Island & Skegness. I would highly recommend staying here.

From start to finish was an excellent holiday. Good value for money . Free entertainment, free swimming, children soft play,food and drink reasonable price. Got 2 coffees,fruit shoot,coke,and shoot at bar. Kids club, out door play, tennis and football. Chapel st leonards is a fantastic beach. Only 10min walk. 20 min drive from Skegness. All around very good holiday and caravan site.

Our static was well prepared and spotlessly clean. My chef son made good use of the small kitchen and gas oven (after buying a suitable knife and chopping board). The water pressure was good especially in the large shower. Wi-Fi was available for up to three mobiles/tablets and was adequate. We brought a fan which turned out to be a blessing! We also brought our own towels/T-towels/loo rolls and small rubbish bags. The static had plenty of storage/wardrobes/hangers (but no hooks). The small fridge and freezer were both efficient. There is an on-site laundromat and the lovely beach is a short walk away. (We didn’t make use of our free passes to the evening entertainment or swimming pool so unable to evaluate). There is a good supermarket over the main road and a large Co-op and small butchers less than a mile away.

Had a great week here with the mrs and 2 kids, plenty to do in the park during the day at the entertainment. Although we never used this to our advantage as we would venture into Skegness for the day but we spent a few nights at the entertainment and it was ideal for kids woth soft play and games etc. Swimming pool also really good woth flumes for my oldest kid but youngest 6 month old went a bit blue in the pool after 30 mins so she had to go out but overall really pleased with the holiday and resort as a whole

Good valuefor the money, very clean site.

Ideal holiday only downside was no table and chairs to sit outside on hot days
