Really pleased with the caravan, it’s spacious and well positioned too.

As a full-time carer, I rarely get a chance to relax, so this break was perfect. The place was really accessible and made everything easy for us to enjoy. Lovely experience!

Beautiful lodge, peaceful but quite remote

Honestly, we weren’t expecting much, but the lighting was pretty dim and the place reeked of booze. It’s supposed to be a family spot but didn’t feel very kid-friendly - lots of swearing from adults, which was a bit shocking. The prices were sky-high too and honestly, it felt more like a pub than a family restaurant. Not great.

Honestly, our stay at this park was quite disappointing. We arrived to find that the email we received said check-in was after 5pm, but the reception actually closes at 5, so we had to wait around for security to give us our keys. It took nearly 45 minutes because the keys weren’t even in the package and the security guy had to make a few calls to sort it out. The caravan was a bit of a mess too - there was cereal left in the pull-out bed and not enough bedding for the whole party, even though we were a group of 8 and knew we'd need the extra beds. Mosquitoes were everywhere and we weren’t warned at all - the kids came home all bitten and swollen, which was really frustrating. When we asked reception about it, they just told us to buy plug-in repellents, but they admitted that previous guests had the same problem and they used to give out repellents, now they’ve run out. The pool was tiny and limited to only 4 people at a time, which was a joke considering we had 8 in our group - only the kids could go. The restaurant wasn’t cheap but the food was okay. Entertainment was pretty dull and bingo started at 10pm, which is much later than usual. We decided to leave early as it just wasn’t a good experience, wouldn’t recommend or return.

We had a really lovely time at Coopers Beach! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the facilities were spot on. Can't fault it at all!

Great stay overall, but adding an iron would really help. Also, a st and in the shower for gel would be handy!

The lodge was really nice, super clean and plenty of space to relax. The description said there was a TV in every room, but turns out there was just one in the living room with a built-in DVD. We were really happy to find the hot tub though, that wasn’t mentioned but made our stay extra special. The large fridge freezer was a bonus too!

The caravan was perfect for us and the park was incredibly clean and tidy throughout.

Fast service and delicious food, we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The caravan was so clean and cosy, it felt really relaxing. Our only small gripe is that during these times, we’d expect the entire bedding, including duvets and pillows, to be changed instead of just the sheets. Still a lovely place though!

We recently stayed at this lodge and there were quite a few hiccups during our visit. First off, the mattress had springs poking through, so sleeping was a bit of a nightmare until they replaced it on the second night. The hot water situation was also frustrating - no hot water for a day and a half, which was less than ideal. The kettle was pretty useless too, as it wouldn’t reach boiling unless you kept holding the button down, but thankfully, that was swapped out quickly. Heating was another issue; it switched on full blast twice, forcing us to open windows and doors until someone came to turn it off - apparently, the thermostat needed replacing. Despite all that, the staff were really helpful and tried to fix things promptly, which we appreciated. We did have a meal at the restaurant - a burger - but it was undercooked and pink in the middle, so we got a refund. Also, we were expecting a welcome pack and directions at the entrance, but that didn’t happen. We had to go to reception to find out which lodge we were in and get a map, which was a bit of a faff.

This spot's really lovely, perfect for walks and relaxing. The park is brilliant and the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially considering everything going on lately. Would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay site kept clean. Site was quiet got busy on last night not sure I would want to be there in summer holidays. Our lodge was brilliant only niggle patio door windows were dirty did mention at reception on leaving. Area quiet and not commercial.

Excellent holiday park very roomy caravan with all mod cons.the park is right next to the beach and it's great for walks.
