We really enjoyed staying in the caravan! The sofa was super comfy and overall it was a lovely space. The shower was a bit tight for our taller friend and the freezer’s quite small, but that’s to be expected. No hover, sadly, but still a great trip!

We stayed in the caravan and found it really lovely, but honestly, there wasn’t much for kids to do on site. Our daughter loves entertainment when we go away, but the options here were pretty limited - just bingo at 7pm every night. Not everyone wants to play bingo every evening and it’s tricky when you have younger siblings trying to sleep. We think there should be more activities for children until around 8.30 or 9pm, maybe with bingo every other night. It didn’t feel very tailored for kids at all.

Great space, cosy and pet friendly

Honestly, the layout of the caravans was a bit of a nightmare. You’ve got to park your car miles away and then hunt for your caravan, which isn’t ideal. There’s not much to do here either and the food wasn’t great. Was really expecting a nice decking area, but nope, overlooked and dull. Not coming back at full price for sure.

Honestly, we had quite the mixed experience at Highfield Grange, but Todd really stood out. When we arrived on the 25th of August, our caravan was pretty grubby, which was a bit of a shock. I had to go straight back to reception to get it sorted and thankfully, a lovely young guy named Todd came to the rescue. He was super friendly and took the time to give the van a thorough clean, even helping to set up the travel cot for our little one. We really appreciated his kindness and effort - he went above and beyond to make our stay better. Would definitely recommend him!

Could be cleaner, kinda cramped

The caravan is decent, but placing cups and plates high up isn’t ideal for us disabled folks. Storage space is pretty limited too.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Honestly, this place is a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues. No proper drop pavements and terrible access to entertainment or restaurants. If I could give zero stars, I would. Truly disappointing all around.

Not recommended

The fridge shelf was clearly broken before and we got only saucepans-not a frying pan. There was a leak under the bathroom cupboard, which was a bit annoying. Overall, not the best experience, but it could be worse!

Really comfy and perfect for us.

We stayed in this caravan recently and overall, it’s pretty nice. The space is great and it’s quite comfy, plus those French doors are a nice touch. It’s a shame about the cleanliness though; when we arrived, the windows had sticky handprints and the surfaces needed a good wipe. The oven hob was grubby and the toilet wasn’t as clean as it should be. We even had to sweep the carpets for crumbs and hair. It’s a real shame since we enjoyed our stay, but it would’ve been perfect if it was spotless from the get-go. Still, we had a good time regardless!

Overall, we had a good stay. The caravan was spotless and comfortable, especially the bed and furniture. The shower was a bit cramped and the door opening was awkward - a single door might’ve been better, really.

We stayed in the caravan recently and honestly, it was quite lovely and modern, which we really appreciated. However, a few small issues did bug us-like the bathroom shelf being broken, a knob missing from the cooker, some bedroom lights not working and the front door squeaking loudly every time we used it. When we arrived, there was a soggy toilet roll left in the sink with a dripping tap on top. Definitely a silly place to put it, especially when there's an empty holder right there. Still, overall, it was a decent stay!

The place was really tidy and modern, which we liked. There was a bit of a problem with the wet room flooding, but staff sorted it fast. Good service!

We had an awesome break! The entertainment suited both kids and adults and the caravan was really roomy and spotless. Only annoying thing was the fire alarms going off whenever we cooked. Oh and the 24-hour Tesco just a short walk away was a real bonus!

Every thing you need if you have children tesco kfc mcdonald's it's all about 5 min walk site is clean and tidy staff are grate all in all 10 out of 10 we travel 5 hours to get there and will do again
