We absolutely loved our stay here! The rural setting was peaceful and gorgeous and the courtyard with its slate tiles was so charming. The hot tub really made it special. Perfect for relaxing walks!

We just got back from a four-night stay at this cosy cottage and honestly, we loved it! The owners are super friendly but never intrusive, which was perfect. The fenced garden was great for our dog to run around freely. The place had everything we needed - even a BBQ for a fun evening and the hot tub was just brilliant! Were already telling our friends about it and definitely plan to come back. Thanks for a fab break!

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. The owners were genuinely friendly and very helpful, making us feel right at home. The place itself is super cosy, with a lovely big shower and a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Parking right outside was a real bonus and the location is perfect for exploring fields and the nearby village of Thaxted, with its beautiful half-timbered houses and windmill. Highly recommended!

The cottage itself is adorable, with its charming half-timbered style and a really strong shower that was just what we needed. The cosy kitchen and comfy bed made everything so easy. Parking right next to the place was a real bonus and the areas perfect for walks to Thaxted - beautiful fields and historic sights. Would definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage. It's tucked away on a working farm but feels surprisingly private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely lovely people. The place itself is super spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didn't want to leave! The gardens perfect for dogs, totally secluded and furnished nicely. Plus, there are plenty of walks nearby. Thaxteds eateries like The Star and The Maypole are worth a visit and The Swan and Indian are decent too. Wed definitely recommend it!

Had a lovely long weekend with our 6 year old Grandson. The park served its purpose as a base and the caravan was very clean and tidy.

We stayed in a rowan lodge for 7 nights, great location on site, excellent accommodation. The evening entertainment was great. Park location on island is very good, a walk to Shanklin, short drive to Ventnor and blackgang shine. Would definitely return and recommend.

We had a lovely holiday. The lodge was spacious and very clean and we had a great position in the woodlands.
The indoor pool was good and my children loved the slide, however the outdoor pool was very crowded and people were jumping in on top of you and there were also a lot of ball throwing and inflatables.
The shop was good and the ladies who worked in there were very nice and friendly.
We would definitely come back here. Overall the site and facilities were excellent. The only downside was not being able to walk anywhere off site, but everything was only a short drive away. There were also 2 supermarkets very close by which was very convenient for self catering.

Only issue was the kitchen had major power cuts regularly and food was often not available but it didn’t change our holiday enjoyment
