The place was pretty spacious and really clean, with a lovely balcony and patio. Just needed a quick tidy-up outside.

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa matched the brochure perfectly, though a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t hurt. The hotel’s meals were fantastic, even if they only offered one menu for the whole two weeks-bit of a shame. The pool and gardens looked after nicely and having private parking at each villa was a real bonus. All in all, a lovely trip!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It’s really well stocked and spotless everywhere. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach, though I’d say the view is more of a glimpse of the sea rather than a full-on beach vista. The TV and DVD players in each room were handy, but the main lounge TV felt a bit small, especially for family movie nights. Visiting in February, we appreciated how warm the place was; the underfloor heating worked well, though it did take quite a while to heat up or cool down. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Porth Veor again. The setting is stunning and Porth Beach is just a short walk away. Definitely coming back soon!

We had a really lovely stay at this place. The upside-down house was a real highlight-seeing the view from the living area upstairs was just perfect. The villa was super warm and comfy, making us feel right at home. We did notice there are a few steps up to the villa, which wasn’t an issue for us, but some might want to keep that in mind. We also found there are more supermarkets nearby than listed in the info, so an update there would be helpful. Oh and by the way, there’s a hairdryer in the villa, which isn’t mentioned online. A couple more plastic containers in the kitchen would be handy, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. Great place overall!

Luna was wagging her tail non-stop and the vet said she’d strained it from all the excitement! Definitely planning to return soon!

The place is surprisingly spacious, with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed was super comfy, which is always a plus! The garden’s really peaceful, dog-proof and has comfy furniture for lounging. Plenty of walks nearby and Thaxted’s restaurants like The Star and The Maypole are worth a visit. We’d definitely recommend it!
