Dishwasher broke full week. Not good. No option offered other than a free bottle of wine. Otherwise it’s a nice lodge well thought out to keep the children busy.

This accommodation needs a good revamp. Bathrooms need sorting. Beds need replacing . The list goes on…

Such a lovley place to stay. The place was beautiful

I think I've given a lot of detail initially. I marked down on comfort due to the pillows being too soft but honestly that's a personal preference. As for furniture and fixings it would be great if there could be a gate from the decking to the garden. This wouldn't stop me visiting again though.

The lodge itself was lovely, so clean, modern & spacious.

The Lodge was perfect, huge shower, huge bath, big tv, had everything we needed and great hot tub and outdoor space with seating and bbq

We’ve stayed in lodge 33 a number of times. Well laid out, good kitchen facilities and a washer which is useful. Nice location with lovely outlook year round. Grounds are well maintained and the woodland walk is a real treat.

Fantastic weekend away in a very clean and well equipped lodge on a lovely peaceful park. Have been to raywell numerous times and will be back.

3rd visit to this site and will definitely be back. Lovely lodges with hot tub, gaming machine and pool / table tennis in some of the lodges. Friendly helpful staff and nice tea room on site. Also lovely woods to walk in. Some lodges are also pet friendly.

Wonderful week away celebrating my son’s birthday with Family.Pool Table is a great addition to the Lodge. Hot tub and Garden are amazing. Can’t fault it.

We only booked the pet friendly one as it was only cabin left. We dont have any pets. The cabin is nice but it really does smell of dog. I would not stay in pet friendly one again.

Could do with some blankets, few extra pillows and games for families.

Me and my partner stayed in 35 Spa Hideaway for the weekend a beautiful clean lodge everything you need l would recommend looking at the Holiday Extras as it was my partners birthday l went for the Romance Pamper Pack and the Flower Bouquet and Birthday Decorations it made everything perfect we will be going again

Perfect lodge for a last minute holiday we booked, plenty of space, added bonuses with the game dining table & gaming machine! Couldn't be happier. Was very clean and spacious the only thing id bring my own pillow next time as they was a little too firm but definitely not a issue! See you again soon!

Fantastic surroundings. Very clean and well equipt lodge. The staff are all very friendly and have an attitude of nothing is to much trouble.

Little bit pricey but we were desperate to go somewhere to relax after our wedding but with a little one at home didn't want to go far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Lovely views. Definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning! Would definitely return

Booked the a few months a go for a mid-July visit, for a family of 6 including an 8 month old boy. Arrived after check-in time of 5pm for a 7 night stay, and found the pre-booked high chair and travel cot, which were perfect. Lodge 55 was clean and had a spacious living area, with a huge TV that we were able to get dishy +, prime and netflix on. (if you sign in using your accounts make sure you sign out when you leave) TV's in all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had a washer, dishwasher, apply sized fridge/ freezer, and plenty of crockery. It was going to be hot, and the staff provided one pedestal fan for the week, thankfully we brought 3 of our own to try and cool the lodge a little. Rear was semi-private , sometimes other gusts would wander by to the short-cut to the main reception, but it was not a bother. Hot tub was good, and the setting and lazy bed were great. We did use a disposable BBQ on the area provided. Tea, coffee and one Tasimo pod were provided, prompting us to go buy more (go Morrisons as the site shop sold 4 for 2.50) Alex was really friendly at reception, and gave advice, and when we had a little accident in the lodge the staff were very helpful. We would definitely visit again, it is perhaps the best accommodation we have ever stayed in, it wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. Location was quiet, and you need a car to go visit anywhere, but there are lots of things to do within a 40 minute drive to the coast

we really enjoyed our stay at raywell hall. its was even better than we originally expected. the staff were extremely helpful too. we will definitely be returning next year.
