We had a lovely few days in Dawlish Warren, which was so peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and super comfy, with all the modern amenities you'd need - even proper heating, which was great for November. It worked perfectly as a base for commuting to Exeter. We might just book again next time we’re in town!

We really enjoyed our stay at Red Rock apartments. The location is perfect, close to the beach, train station, shops and amusements. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was super clean and spacious. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Redrock Apartments. The place was spacious and spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Staying upstairs gave us a great view from the balcony - especially with that elevated railway running along the coast, adding a bit of charm, especially when a steam engine rolls by! The location was perfect, with attractions and amusements just a short walk away. Only minor grumbles - the single beds were quite firm and one of the sofas had a few lumpy springs. Otherwise, everything was spot on, including the bathrooms!

The apartment was spotless and had decent facilities. The sofas were a bit worn out, probably from the end of the season, but the location really couldn’t be better. We had a lovely stay overall!

We stayed here for the second time and really enjoyed it. The place is peaceful, yet there's plenty to see and do nearby. The beach is just a short walk and the area has some lovely country trails, including a nice stroll to Dawlish. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely holiday, but it was a shame about the breakfast bar.

We’d definitely stay here again, but only off-season. Summer prices would stretch our budget too much, so it’s better when it’s quieter.

Great location, very spacious accommodation we were a family of 5 plenty of room and very clean. Great location beach across the way lots of eating places and lovely walk to dawlish along costal path.

Red rock is central to everything 10 min walk in either direction to beach.5 min to shops ,restaurants, & pubs .The apartments were clean everything you wanted was there.The only thing if i was picky is the sofa it needed updating. Will definitely return .

Overall our stay was excellent, even though we didn't have contact with staff, they were always available at the end of the phone. Great place.

We love Dawlish and have been going for years. It’s a great base to get to a lot of places. We arrived slightly earlier than the time stated but we called the number in the door and the apartments was ready for us.

Really happy to return this year and will probably book again. Great location easy walking to nearby beach. The apartments were clean and tidy and spacious and the manager was really helpful. We have paid a lot more for less comfortable accommodation

Stayed here many times, brilliant as always, cannot beat the location and amenities in the apartment. The owner was really helpful and let us stay in the apt longer when we had lost our car keys
