WE HAVE USED A CARAVAN AT WOOLER TWICE PER YEAR FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS FOR GOLFING HOLIDAYS IN THE AREA.LAST YEAR WE ALSO USED IT FOR A SUMMER FAMILY HOLIDAY AND FOUND IT QUIET,CONVENIENT AND IDEAL FOR A BREAK WHERE THE AGE RANGE WAS 8 TO 68.THE BEACHES AROUND BAMBURGH ARE AS GOOD AS ANYTHING IN THE SOUTH AND THE AVALABILITY OF OF GOOD FOOD IN THE AREA IS FAR BETTER.GO INTO A PUB AND YOU ARE TALKING TO THE LOCALS WITHIN MINUTES.WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT

Clean and warm caravan in good location

Lodge clean and spacious, nice well kept site. We have visited quite a few times, never disappoints.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight-absolutely loved it! Would definitely come back again.

The cottage was charming and perfectly situated for us, peaceful and away from busy areas. The hot tub was a lovely bonus and the owners were really friendly without being intrusive. They’ve got it spot on!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little spot. The setting is so peaceful and private, yet the owners are super friendly and there if you need anything. The hot tub was just what we needed after cycling all day! The only thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is right under Stansted’s flight path, so there’s quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didn’t bother us much once we got used to it, but if you're sensitive to noise, it’s worth considering. Overall, a really enjoyable getaway!

Lovely setting. Park is clean and tidy. Any problems are addressed promptly. Perfect base for the Northumberland coast and surrounding countryside.

The caravan was clean and had everything we needed although it did only have 4 of everything but was supposed to sleep 6.

Helpful and friendly people. Clean. Walking distance to grocery shop and takeaways. Alnwick garden and Holy Island is worth a visit.

Enjoyed it overall

Spacious and comfortable caravan which had everything we needed including large fridge freezer. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars all round was because of the bed which was serviceable but not the best we have had in a caravan.

The holiday was really enjoyable. Even with all the covid stuff, we felt secure and quite happy. The park was spotless and the staff super friendly too.

Honestly, we loved it! The place had everything we needed and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect. Definitely planning to come back soon - can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed at this lovely cottage and it was just perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub was a real treat and the place was spotless with everything we needed. Great walks nearby and a charming village nearby. Totally recommend it!

The place was pretty nice-clean, spacious and we had no trouble settling in. Only thing was the master bed mattress wasn’t great, felt a bit worn out. Still, would stay again!

Caravan was spacious and for the most part clean however it was evident sofa cushions etc hadn't been removed when cleaning as pens and food found underneath.Other than this we had no complaints with the accommodation.

The caravan was pretty roomy and mostly tidy, but we did notice some cushions hadn't been taken off during cleaning - pens and food were still underneath. Apart from that, we didn’t have any other issues with the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Goddard Mead! The cottage had everything we needed and the walks right outside were perfect. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. It was a lovely experience overall.

Overall, we found the place quite tidy and comfortable. The kitchen stuff was a bit random and there were a few marks on the furniture, but nothing too surprising. Would stay again!

A fantastic break. Our caravan was in the new part of the park and was immaculately clean. Wi-Fi was very weak which meant we had a complete break from technology??.

Amazing holiday will Defintely re book

This was a beautiful site, the caravan was so clean and little touches of soaps and shower gels and shampoo was really nice. The standard of accommodation was excellent, modern and very comfortable. Customer service was also really good, nothing was a bother and first night we arrived a member of staff came to the caravan to check everything was okay. The bed linen was pristine and excellent quality as were the towels. The pool was great and the gentleman that was running it was really helpful and friendly. The only little suggestion would be a little longer than 45 minutes a day session in the pool, we would have happily paid extra for a pool pass. Other than that the whole holiday was a relaxing in gorgeous surroundings with friendly and professional staff.

Was very welcoming staff all social and friendly very approachable. Would definitely recommend to all that want a nice relaxing break. Will be visiting again myself.

Loved the caravan and the site. Everyone was helpful and pleasant and all was spotless and clean

This was our first time staying at Riverside. The caravan was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were on the side with new playground which my kids loved. Short walk into town CO-OP near by. The pool was a good size but you do have to book your time. My kids enjoyed the game room but beware you can only collect prizes at specific times which was not posted.

Excellent site the caravan was as it stated in the brochure. For such a large site it was really peaceful and we had a lovely few days chilling out. We would recommend it to anyone and we'll definitely be going back. Thanks
