WE HAVE USED A CARAVAN AT WOOLER TWICE PER YEAR FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS FOR GOLFING HOLIDAYS IN THE AREA.LAST YEAR WE ALSO USED IT FOR A SUMMER FAMILY HOLIDAY AND FOUND IT QUIET,CONVENIENT AND IDEAL FOR A BREAK WHERE THE AGE RANGE WAS 8 TO 68.THE BEACHES AROUND BAMBURGH ARE AS GOOD AS ANYTHING IN THE SOUTH AND THE AVALABILITY OF OF GOOD FOOD IN THE AREA IS FAR BETTER.GO INTO A PUB AND YOU ARE TALKING TO THE LOCALS WITHIN MINUTES.WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT

Great van , limited storage. Full sized fridge freezer and oven. Shelves and hooks will be useful in the bathroom.Powerful shower. Good linen .Clean.Comfy.

Found the accommodation could have been cleaned better, tops of cupboards and curtains looked like they haven't been done in a long time. And the trays in the oven still had left over cheese and grease on them.Speed bumps to the woodside were to steep. I understand for safety.Designated bins only at the entrance so but of a trek to get round for waste. Driving through the park seemed cluttered with vehicles, having to pull up on grass to get passed in some areas.

We were not given the caravan we paid for. Disappointed with the cleanliness and no places to put anything in the bathrooms. Very little storage in bedrooms. Only just enough kitchen equipment. Wobbly frying pan. No electricity lead for the tv in the bedroom. Very upset little girls as they could not exchange their tickets won at the arcade as shop not open.

Needed a lot of TLC, the caravan needed a good clean, and a few repairs,

Lovely park, lovely lodge, nice location but disappointed about the swimming pool issue for which there was no apology or warning.

Seats were damaged windows handles were loose doors wouldn't shut properly looked nothing like the caravan I booked

Basic caravan but all you needed

Pots and pans weren't very clean.Floor could have been reswept as we arrived 1 day later than booked

The beds were very comfortable and we had an on suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. The walk in wardrobes were superb and being able to sit out on the balcony was a real plus. Overall an excellent holiday and will definitely be going back.

Location of caravan was right in the footpath of passers by almost on the main road. Need to turn caravan around so that door is facing the site rather than the road. Nice and clean great value.

Had a 3 bedroom the extra toilet was a bonus plenty room for the grandkids, beds were comfy and clean no complaints ????

We had to ask for a small repair, the maintenance staff fixed it almost immediately

A well appointed and comfortable caravan.

Nice wide berth caravan, attractively presented, equipment skimpy but adequate. Bedding spotless, sinks and toilets spotless. Carpet in need of a clean. Nicely positioned in the centre of the site.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight-absolutely loved it! Would definitely come back again.

The cottage was charming and perfectly situated for us, peaceful and away from busy areas. The hot tub was a lovely bonus and the owners were really friendly without being intrusive. They’ve got it spot on!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little spot. The setting is so peaceful and private, yet the owners are super friendly and there if you need anything. The hot tub was just what we needed after cycling all day! The only thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is right under Stansted’s flight path, so there’s quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didn’t bother us much once we got used to it, but if you're sensitive to noise, it’s worth considering. Overall, a really enjoyable getaway!

Lovely setting. Park is clean and tidy. Any problems are addressed promptly. Perfect base for the Northumberland coast and surrounding countryside.

The caravan was clean and had everything we needed although it did only have 4 of everything but was supposed to sleep 6.

Caravan was good The usual you would expect from a caravan stay but the cleanliness could have had a bit more detailBeds clean not greatly comfortable but that’s what caravans are like

A fantastic break. Our caravan was in the new part of the park and was immaculately clean. Wi-Fi was very weak which meant we had a complete break from technology??.

Amazing holiday will Defintely re book

This was a beautiful site, the caravan was so clean and little touches of soaps and shower gels and shampoo was really nice. The standard of accommodation was excellent, modern and very comfortable. Customer service was also really good, nothing was a bother and first night we arrived a member of staff came to the caravan to check everything was okay. The bed linen was pristine and excellent quality as were the towels. The pool was great and the gentleman that was running it was really helpful and friendly. The only little suggestion would be a little longer than 45 minutes a day session in the pool, we would have happily paid extra for a pool pass. Other than that the whole holiday was a relaxing in gorgeous surroundings with friendly and professional staff.

Was very welcoming staff all social and friendly very approachable. Would definitely recommend to all that want a nice relaxing break. Will be visiting again myself.

This was our first time staying at Riverside. The caravan was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were on the side with new playground which my kids loved. Short walk into town CO-OP near by. The pool was a good size but you do have to book your time. My kids enjoyed the game room but beware you can only collect prizes at specific times which was not posted.

Excellent site the caravan was as it stated in the brochure. For such a large site it was really peaceful and we had a lovely few days chilling out. We would recommend it to anyone and we'll definitely be going back. Thanks
