WE HAVE USED A CARAVAN AT WOOLER TWICE PER YEAR FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS FOR GOLFING HOLIDAYS IN THE AREA.LAST YEAR WE ALSO USED IT FOR A SUMMER FAMILY HOLIDAY AND FOUND IT QUIET,CONVENIENT AND IDEAL FOR A BREAK WHERE THE AGE RANGE WAS 8 TO 68.THE BEACHES AROUND BAMBURGH ARE AS GOOD AS ANYTHING IN THE SOUTH AND THE AVALABILITY OF OF GOOD FOOD IN THE AREA IS FAR BETTER.GO INTO A PUB AND YOU ARE TALKING TO THE LOCALS WITHIN MINUTES.WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT

Lovely break away. Stayed in a Sage 3 Caravan which was lovely and clean with everything you needed. Site itself was clean, tarmac area to park your car which was helpful. Within walking distance to on site pub/swimming pool and also to local shops/pubs/restaurants. Lovely staff on reception, easy check in. Only thing was the communication regarding check in time but we just went for a walk until the caravan was ready. Will definitely be back

We had a lovely weekend in Wooler in the caravan. Good welcome pack with everything we needed for the kitchen. The one problem we had was the shower temperature was very temperamental which kept going hot and cold. There had been a pipe repair prior to our arrival so not sure if that was why. Other than the shower the caravan was comfortable. Heating was easy to use and had 2 toilets. Short walk to the facilities. Shame doddingtons wasn’t open. Pool was small but good decent shallow area for smaller kids and a lovely hot jacuzzi which was great. Showers at the pool were also a bit cooler. Arcades were ok prizes weren’t the best entertainment was good. Food in the grill was ok. Shop had some good bargains. Parks were great round the site. Quite muddy at this team of year which was to be expected. Would def return.

Lodge was excellent, lovely location, staff helpful…weather let us down sadly.

Limetree lodge (riverside no14) was perfect, spotlessly clean and well equipped with coffee machine. Ensuite has walk in shower for those that need and bath in main bathroom.lovely location.great quiet park with places to visit nearby and wooler is lovely with everything you could need.would recommend

Pristine caravan but think we bore the brunt price wise of everyone taking UK holidays. Quite expensive for a caravan but just had to accept it as we booked last minute due to our Spanish holiday being cancelled

The caravan was absolutely immaculate. The linen and towels were far better than we expected too. The caravan was well equipped and had everything we needed.

A great spot from which to explore Northumberland. The park is very well kept and there is a range of facilities. A great spot for families.

I liked the fact that the holiday caravans are mixed in with the caravans for private use.

Lodge was huge and great wrap around decking provided a lovely outdoor space.Had everything we needed.

Great caravan. Only thing missing was a deck area accessed directly from caravan which we would have expected with a deluxe model. Otherwise great.

Overall we had a great, relaxing holiday in clean, comfortable accommodation with beautiful surroundings and our wee dog was with us...perfect.

Very good, but the bushes / trees at the side of it needs cutting back as when it was windy they hit off the roof

Had a great break. WIFI did not work all the time we were there but who needs WIFI on holiday. Got a refund for the WiFi purchase.

A fantastic break. Our caravan was in the new part of the park and was immaculately clean. Wi-Fi was very weak which meant we had a complete break from technology??.

Amazing holiday will Defintely re book

This was a beautiful site, the caravan was so clean and little touches of soaps and shower gels and shampoo was really nice. The standard of accommodation was excellent, modern and very comfortable. Customer service was also really good, nothing was a bother and first night we arrived a member of staff came to the caravan to check everything was okay. The bed linen was pristine and excellent quality as were the towels. The pool was great and the gentleman that was running it was really helpful and friendly. The only little suggestion would be a little longer than 45 minutes a day session in the pool, we would have happily paid extra for a pool pass. Other than that the whole holiday was a relaxing in gorgeous surroundings with friendly and professional staff.

Was very welcoming staff all social and friendly very approachable. Would definitely recommend to all that want a nice relaxing break. Will be visiting again myself.

This was our first time staying at Riverside. The caravan was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were on the side with new playground which my kids loved. Short walk into town CO-OP near by. The pool was a good size but you do have to book your time. My kids enjoyed the game room but beware you can only collect prizes at specific times which was not posted.

Excellent site the caravan was as it stated in the brochure. For such a large site it was really peaceful and we had a lovely few days chilling out. We would recommend it to anyone and we'll definitely be going back. Thanks
