Way beyond our expectations, brilliant in every way

This is our second visit to Rookery Manor, our previous stay was in a lodge which was lovely. This time we stayed in the cottages as not built currently on our first stay, the overall look of the cottage was lovely and finished with high quality and very clean although there was a feather duster left on the coffee table and water in the kitchen sink on arrival but easily emptied and put away. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The outside area was private to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and/or sat enjoying the sun and enclosed which was great for our dog. All the information was in a folder on the table in the lounge to read, so we did not need to speak to any staff on site and had a text from Karen asking if everything was OK but at that time we had not yet arrived. Great location, quiet but close to the beach/shops/takeaways within approx 10min drive. Would definitely book again.

The cottage was lovely but needs a few little additions - hooks by the hot tub for robes/towels, somewhere to hang coats, shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo.

Lovely week away, would definitely go back, close to lovely beaches and the bonus of a hot tub Thank you to Karen, Manager, who answered all our questions

Lovely place, easy to get too. We were a group of 8 and was perfect for us. Hot tub was perfect

Ok for a quick weekend away, needs a few things doing like replacing mold in shower, descaling shower head. Beds, bedding and towels nice and clean. Hot tub got too hot but couldnt turn it down as they didnt give you a remote, light in tub didnt work and half the jets didnt work but was only there forx2 nights so didnt worry about it. Artificial grass was soaking wet all over for the 2 days we were there so couldnt lay out in sunshine had to sit on a chair. Very quiet and private.Would return but only for a weekend x

This was our third visit to Rookery Manor, and our first time staying in the cottages – and once again, it did not disappoint. The accommodation was beautifully modern, and we especially loved the garden area.Karen was incredibly helpful – we messaged to ask for a clothes horse, and she brought one over within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble.This isn’t a complaint, but the only thing that could have improved our stay would be having a table and chairs outside to enjoy meals outdoors.We’ll definitely be returning!

Comfortable cottage in a peaceful countryside location. You would need a car to get around but there were plenty of attractions within easy reach. The cottage was well fitted out with appliances such as a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and there were TVs in each bedroom. All in all it was a very nice place to stay for a week.

Cleaning wasnt to a high standard had a large cobweb in one of the bedrroms. Coming from a person that had a cleaning business this wasnt great.

Amazing place to stay for a holiday! Affordable and just down the road from western super mare. Definitely recommend and want to come back!

Lovely ,big,1 bedroom ,everything we needed was their.Hot tub was excellent and an added bonus to our holiday,Nice farm shop down the lane,Accommodation was lovely,big bedroom and shower was good to.

Great studio suite had everything we needed and was very clean.the surrounding area was mainly farm land so very peaceful.would definitely recommend this property if your looking to get away from everything and having a chill out.

We have a great time here Could do with a dust pan and brush in apartment but it was amazing

Spotless and very comfortable

Lovely clean well equipped property. Good large enclosed garden for the dogs to roam freely. In a very quiet area if you like pease and quiet. And need to drive to get anywhere, but lots of pubs and takeouts not too far away.

We stayed in a one bed apartment and it was lovely. It was well equipped and was a very good size indeed. There was a large kitchen / diner / living room. The little garden was a lovely touch and was very private with the hot tub at the end of it. The hot tub was a lovely new model in great condition. The apartment was immaculate and very clean. We had a small problem with our hot tub and Karen the manager sorted it out very quickly. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place more highly and we will definitely be returning

We recently spent three nights at Rookery Manor and honestly, it was fantastic! The apartment was really spacious, super clean, warm and felt really welcoming. It had everything we could have needed for a comfy stay. The outdoor garden was spotless and the hot tub was just perfect at the right temperature when we hopped in - such a treat! We’re definitely planning to come back. The location is great too - only 13 minutes to Weston-super-Mare and about 20 minutes to Taunton for dining out. It’s a brilliant base if you're exploring places like Cheddar, Glastonbury, Weston, or Brean Sands, or even just relaxing at the accommodation itself. Communication from start to finish was smooth as silk, making the whole trip effortless. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hot tub was lovely and the space was really good. However, the place could do with a proper clean-lots of dust and dog hair under the chairs. The noise from the M5 was quite loud too.

We loved the cottage! It was well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and all the appliances we needed. Only thing missing was a hair dryer.

We booked this place in February and honestly, it ticked all the boxes for what we needed. The setting is quite charming, surrounded by beautiful farms and some lovely local farm shops we enjoyed exploring. The property itself was spotless, which we really appreciated. Our favourite part was definitely the hot tub - perfect for relaxing after a day out. The manager, Karen, was super friendly and kept in touch to check everything was okay, which was a nice touch. When we left, we accidentally left something behind and she went above and beyond by sending it back to us, even though we’re quite a distance away. That was really thoughtful of her! We’ll definitely consider staying here again - it was a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Robin 18! The cottage was spotless, modern and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a hair dryer-nice touch. It’s such a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was a real highlight-always ready whenever we wanted a dip. Loved it!
