We had problem with hot water caused by was storm Babet, which was sorted by member staff at 23:00, which we were very gratefull for his dedication. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners in pub, loved coffee. utilities like laundrynette , recycling area well organized nad clean. The dogs are not our thing and we were surprised how many dogs people bring to Cornwall all together ie St Ives. They should be considerate that some got traumatic memories and not everyone needs to adore them like they do. All owners of dogs in the park were good, so we felt relaxed. Despite storm we had safe and warm hideaway in this caravan.

The view from the caravan was stunning. The accommodation was clean and in fairly good order The mattresses were not the best but ok for a couple of nights. Site is in a lovely area of Cornwall with access to the beach.

Pool shut at 4 o clock. Couldn't order food all day Caravan bit small no bath for kids Parks were too babyish and facilities for kids were small Reception closed early and wasn't that helpful Internet couldn't login when I did it wouldn't work all the time No welcome pack in caravan

Had a great time, caravan was exactly what you want on holiday, with decking all around. Very peaceful and quiet..the camp also clean, staff very helpful, would recommend that the breakfast menu be more diverse.. by being told if you don't want beans you can have tomatoes, and maybe tea or coffee in with the deal.. but overall a great location, and a great holiday. i will be going back there next year.

Was awful, if it wasn’t for the beach right next to us it would have been a complete failure, staff were either, not helpful or completely not there, pool was abysmal, food wasn’t good, service for said food was dreadful. Been to many holiday parks and this was by far the worst, cooker didn’t work properly, heater was shockingly bad, other than it was quite a nice caravan, shame that things in it didn’t work properly, oh and shower door got stuck and broke too. Overall wouldn’t recommend this site. We left 2 days early and there were no staff to drop key back at 1.30 in afternoon so had to drop key in letterbox.

Was lovely, the veranda could have done with a clean, all green in places so never sat out there. Lovely and clean inside, excellent it was no pets. Had a lovely time. Would stay in the Breage again

Excellent time in this place. Beach not far away only 5 min walk. Be careful when u going to order toasts, for two and small block of butter I've paid £3, that is ridiculously expensive specially if u want add on top of your breakfast where only one is included. Otherwise I'm happy I choose to stay in the resort.

A cosy caravan. Seating and dining not enough for 8 people to sit/dine at the same time. It was clean and simple.

Caravan needs a deep clean including upholstery & carpets problems need to be addressed urgently Broken gate Leak under van from bathroom Deep clean throughout dust above eye levels everywhere … inside radiator in kitchen awful Appliances cooker & toaster worn out

Overall fantastic

On the day we went for breakfast poor service had to wait 50 minutes for food people came in after us and got food first when we first went in the young lad serving ignored us when food did come it was good

I did not really think it was worth more then a caravan my brother had which cost over £200 cheaper. The dirty nappy in the cupboard was not nice to find and one of the beds wasn't even made. After a 9 hour journey we then had to make a bed and clean the cupboards... not a great Start.

Great holiday happy with the caravan and site. Food and drink too expensive tho. The on site shop a rip off way too expensive. Go to tesco or sainsbury's in helston and stock up. Great holiday tho staff very friendly and helpful. Great base to explore the beautiful countryside and beaches. Would highly recommend sea acres.

Everything was ok, just inside caravan little bit smells.

It would help if there was more hooks ie bedroom and bathroom also toilet brush woukld be recommended however it may have been removed because of COVID 19

No telly in bedroom but everything was very good

We loved our time in Sea Acres and will will be back for sure.

Perfect! Enjoyable, great location, close to many nature reserves, coves and attractions which are not crowded!

An overall good holiday

A lovely quiet park in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. Stunning views across the bay and perfect for a family with a well equipped play area and smaller entertainment venue. Our caravan was clean, spacious and in a great location to explore the beautiful coastline. Definitely plan to go back again next year!

Really enjoyed the site and surrounding areas, great relaxing break and peaceful for us as a couple.

Fantastic 5 day break with glorious weather. Near to lots of attractions and landmarks.

The Lamorna mobile home was extremely good and very comfortable. The only reason I gave cleanliness a '7' rating was because none of the mattresses had mattress protectors and the double mattress had dubious brown stains on them with accompanying smell of urine in the room.

I have written separately to the company about this issue and am awaiting their response.

Other than that, the cleanliness was very high.

Excellent caravan and great view of coast. Well equipped kitchen, including fridge freezer.
Interesting Jack and Jill bathroom for 3 adults but we learned to cope with this quickly. Would probably have liked a wider single bed for third adult.
Excellent price and comfortable and warm.

Great week away, situated on a perfect site overlooking the sea & just a few minutes walk from the beach. Perfect sized site not too big & over crowded.

What a beautiful place very well kept and all staff could not do enough for you

Rural and coastal location, shop on site, costs are higher than out of location.Travel 50 min to nearest supermarket if you wish to stock up .Restaurant food lovely you have to order via app. Clean caravan all utensils needed however lacking space for second bedroom as two singles squeezed into single space. Double pull out in living room takes up space in living area but ok. Quiet surroundings 5 min walk to the beach, 5min walk up the road to the local free house pub with good hospitality just drinks no food served good prices. Overall a lovely place to go.

Lovely quiet site, sea views from the lodges, near to beach, safe for kids to play. Generally peaceful and in lovely rural surroundings

Always a little bit of heaven ?

Had a great 4 nights stunning sea views Caravan was Clean, and as expected. lovely outside seating area. And perfect weather. lovely little beach 10 minute walk away. We did not use club or restaurant on site so cannot comment. This site is a beautiful quiet rural site. The whole site is well maintained and spotless. This was our 2nd visit and would definitely book again.

We recently stayed at sea acres and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The site is clean and well maintained and we did not have any issues with our caravan. It’s a 5-7minute walk to the beach which again was great. My only issue was the walk from the caravan site to the beach. We were constantly having to stand to the side to let cars past which were at times, driving at quite a speed up and down the hill. There was quite a large group of us with lots of children so was sometimes dangerous and there was an incident with a van whereby the female driver began shouting obscenities at my young nephew. There are areas to pull in but if we were between those, it was difficult to move completely off the the road due to the stinging nettles on the roadside and some drivers were extremely impatient. However the beach was worth the walk, the sea was clear and clean and we spent many hours enjoying it. The evening entertainment was also good. I’d like to mention the host Matt who did a great job of engaging with the audience. We particularly enjoyed karaoke night ?

We have 5 boys from ages 10-1 and we all had the most amazing time… we loved going to the beach every day and it was just a short walk for us which we enjoyed. In the evening we went the pub and again we had a great time the kids absolutely loved Matt who is brilliant at his job of entertainment. We will be back next year and we will definitely be recommending to all friends and family. Thank you for an amazing family summer holiday. Xxx

Beautiful, quiet site. Accommodation was impeccable. Only downside was the on-site shop which closes quite early.

The best accomodation and site I have experienced for many years.
