We had a lovely stay, the caravan was spotless and peaceful - just what we needed for a break!

Overall, the place was okay cleanliness-wise, though we did need some deeper cleaning for black mould and rust spots that appeared after winter. The electric fire in the lounge was a bit of a pain since it had no controls visible, but a staff member sorted it out the next day. Not perfect, but decent enough.

We really appreciated how spotless and well-maintained the chalet was, with everything we needed for the week. The beds were comfy and it had a lovely fresh smell. The shower was excellent-great water pressure and just the right temperature. Nice touch!

Lovely caravan, will come back!

We found the chalet really comfortable and spacious. The highlight was the pull-out sofa bed, which turns into a double if needed, though we didn’t actually use it. There were two singles in one room and a double in the other, both with wardrobes, but strangely no drawers anywhere. The walk-in shower was fantastic and the bathroom was quite roomy. The open-plan kitchen and living area felt airy and the kitchen was well-stocked with crockery and utensils, just missing a few baking trays. Overall, it was warm, cosy and we’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay!

Honestly, we weren't blown away. The place looked quite basic and definitely felt like a budget option, from the decor to the caravan itself. It was pretty much just a spot to crash after a long day. The smell was really off, kinda like dog, even though we didn't bring any pets. The doors kept banging if we had both open, which was annoying. Plus, the pillows had stains and when I tried to open the curtain, it just fell apart. Not the worst, but wouldn’t rush back without a good deal!

Everything was spot on - the van was spotless, comfy and well equipped. The shower was great and toilets plenty. Rebooked immediately!

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with the caravan. It was dusty, dirty and not cleaned properly in ages. The dust made our son's asthma flare up badly. Cobwebs everywhere, the sofa bed was gross and the animal smell was overwhelming. Not what we expected at all.

Honestly, the caravan was a mixed bag. It was quite comfy, which was great for our short stay, but it was really grubby and looked a bit worn out. Some of the panelling was coming loose, exposing sharp nails, which didn’t feel very safe. The blinds and curtains were mouldy and dust was everywhere except the kitchen, which was a bit disappointing. Still, for just four nights, we weren’t too fussed as long as we had a bed and the location was spot on - close to the beach, Brixham and Paignton. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and fridge freezer. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, biscuits and other essentials was a lovely touch. A few kitchen bits like scissors and a chopping board would’ve been handy, but overall, not too bad!

The caravan was spacious enough, but honestly, it felt a bit old-fashioned. The kitchen lacked utensils and glasses, but overall, it served well for a weekend stay.

The van’s size was perfect for us, though it could’ve been cleaner inside. A few loose bits, but nothing really spoiled our trip. Overall, pretty good!

Needs a serious clean

Honestly, it’s pretty disappointing. The furniture’s stained, kitchen cupboards are peeling and there are no stools at the dining table which makes it tricky. The mattresses are stained and lack protectors, which isn’t great. Plus, one toilet’s hidden in a cupboard-unless you’re tiny, it’s unusable. We expected better for a “value pet” though.

We really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A few mould spots could do with a quick tidy-up, though. The mattress was a bit too springy for our liking, but overall, it was a lovely place to unwind.

Overall, we were quite happy with the facilities-they were pretty good. The only thing that bugged us a bit was the caravan sizes. Our Silver 3-bed was smaller, narrower and in a less desirable spot compared to my sister’s Bronze 3-bed, which was bigger and more open. Strange, considering ours was supposed to be the better option for more money!

We had a lovely stay in this caravan. It was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The only downside was it was a bit close to the clubhouse, so it got noisy at night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was spotless and comfy, with a lovely view. The shower was powerful and refreshing. Only small thing was the mattress dipping, but it didn’t ruin our break at all.
