We loved the stylish decor, especially the modern details that gave the place a fresh feel. The bed was super comfy and having Netflix and streaming services on the TV was a real bonus. The welcoming box of chocolates was a lovely touch and the view of Crimdon Beach first thing in the morning was simply stunning!

I really enjoyed our stay, but a few things could be improved. Blinds or one-way glass on the doors would add privacy and some softer lighting over the cooking area would make it cosier. The main lights are a bit too harsh sometimes!

We had such a lovely time at Sandy Park! Michelle and Mark went above and beyond, making sure the hot tub was ready every day and even lending us a metal detector for some beach fun with the kids. The cottage was just perfect for us and we enjoyed a great day trip to Saltburn-on-Sea. Honestly, we loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin! The location is perfect for exploring the stunning local scenery - really easy to get around and see everything. The place itself was well equipped, so we never felt like we were missing anything and it was surprisingly warm in April, which was a relief. The bed is quite snug, but as shown in the photos, it’s cozy and comfy for a couple. One thing to mention is the hot tub. It’s log-fired and they set it up for you free of charge, which is great. However, if you want to use it more than once, you do need to buy extra logs. During spring, you’re constantly adding logs and tending to the fire if you want a warm soak - it’s not a huge hassle but something to be aware of. We booked this cabin mainly because of the hot tub and honestly, that’s what made it stand out for us. It would’ve been nicer if the additional costs had been clearer upfront, rather than a bit of a surprise later on. Still, they weren’t too expensive, just a bit annoying. Mark was really helpful and friendly when he showed us round and explained everything. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Honestly, Mark and Michele really know how to make you feel at home. The Stable Cottage was spotless when we arrived and the hot tub at 39 degrees was just what we needed after a long day. The beach is only a quick stroll away and those ponies on-site? Such a lovely touch! Security was solid and there’s loads to do nearby for everyone. It’s super peaceful here, we’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, we had a great weekend! Mike and Michelle really made sure everything was perfect for us - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hot tub was already heated when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and our room was spotless and cosy. We loved the location - perfect for a peaceful walk along the beach and exploring Crimdon Dene Natural Reserve. The facilities are well-equipped; it’s clear they’ve thought of everything for a relaxing stay. We’re already planning to return to the Boat House because we just didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend if you’re after a chilled break, don’t hesitate to book!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is so peaceful and beautifully kept. The owners are genuinely lovely and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The cottage was spotless and cosy, with comfy beds and a nice sofa. Only thing is, the floors aren’t carpeted, so a rug would have been perfect for colder days, but it didn’t spoil our trip at all!

We had an amazing stay here!!! Literally the surrounding the place the people were just amazing!!! I will definitely come back… only thing would be, for the lodge with the dog is maybe a little fence around so when your in the hot tub the dog can be out with you but other than that!!! It’s was incredible, I can’t wait to see this place again for a quiet holiday by the beach, super friendly, me and my girlfriend love it and of course little lady loved it to ??

Boat house, is Ideally located right on the Beach just a 2 minutes walk. Suitable for 2 people who want a Relaxing Break Away with Easy to use Log Burning Hot Tub which was cleaned Every Morning while we were there. Also comes with picnic Bench and BBQ Which is all in your own private Area. Would suggest Reading previous Reviews which we did as there is no Wardrobe space or cooker but you do get microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and little Hot Plate. Would Thoroughly recommend for a Couples Break Away. Hopefully we will be Returning Back Next Year.

Me and my husband stayed at this wonderful accommodation for 2 nights. The host Michelle was so lovely. Very friendly welcome. The room itself was immaculate, spacious and very luxurious. The hot tub was set up great, temperature was spot on. We used the log fire that was included. On day two before we got up the hot tub was reset up for us. The views were spectacular! We will definitely be returning here in the very near future.

Absolutely stunning. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely would go back. Set in a beautiful location right by the beach, so peaceful too. The hosts were very friendly and happy to help if we needed it.

We had a fabulous short break at the boat house! Would definitely recommend! Location right on the beach which makes a lovely walk. Distance to pubs and restaurants are a taxi or a drive a way. Wood burning hot tub was beautiful and mark & Michelle were nothing but helpful and were just a text away if we needed anything

Just had 2 nights away as a couple with my dog. The place is amazing and absolutely spotless, perfe t size and has everything you could possibly need. Its totally peaceful and less than a 5 minute walk to a fantastic clean beach. The log fire hot tub was gorgeous and we used it every night, the hosts couldn't have been any better, friendly and helpful when needed but kept put the way to give you space and privacy the rest of the time. Treats for the dog was left and a bottle of sparkling fizz for the adults. Lots of retail parks, beaches, shops, nature reserve, restaurant and marina all within 10 minite drive. We will definitely be back
