The location is fantastic for exploring the coast near Wadebridge, Padstow and Newquay. We also loved visiting the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Definitely planning a longer stay next time - really enjoyed it!

We stayed in a Hawthorn, but it felt more like an upgrade! The caravan was fantastic, especially the huge bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Loved the balcony with furniture too. The spacious kitchen and living area, plus a dishwasher, made everything so convenient. Would definitely choose this type again whenever we go away.

We had a lovely stay and the caravan was really comfortable. It’s a shame the facilities were a bit muddled because of the coronavirus, but honestly, that’s understandable. The takeaway area was a bit hectic, but with everyone wanting food at once, it’s no surprise. The young girl running everything was doing a fantastic job!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the caravan’s position was a bit of a letdown. No afternoon sun on the decking and the main bedroom’s darkness from close-by trees was a bit annoying.

Good quality, fair price

We had a lovely break, even with all the social distancing stuff in place.

The weather was perfect, making for a fantastic holiday in a lovely spot. The beaches are stunning and, honestly, we mostly ate out instead of the on-site restaurant - we knew we could find better food nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff and amenities are lovely and the social areas are spot on. The only downside was the poor WiFi and signal-such a pain in this day and age!

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The place was clean and comfy, with lots of space. The lounge and kitchen are great. The bedrooms are decent, though the single beds are quite narrow for adults. Would be perfect for kids, though!

The lodge was lovely, surroundings are really nice although at night it is very dark. I do understand it's in the countryside as we live in the countryside but the lighting outside the lodge wasn't good especially when you are taking the dog out for their last wee. We did take a torch but not everyone would.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge; it was charming and the area around it is stunning. However, we did find the outside lighting quite poor at night, which made taking the dog out a bit tricky-even with a torch, it wasn't ideal. We get it’s in the countryside, but better lighting would definitely help. Still, overall a lovely place!

We had a lovely day! The on-site shop was handy and the restaurant was nice, though a bit pricey. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The site’s in a really good spot, which we loved. The facilities are pretty decent and the caravan, Walnut, was spacious and spotless. Staff seemed to be giving it their all, even with the staff shortage affecting the pool and pub. Overall, a solid stay!

The lodge was really lovely, though a bit worn around the edges. We had a small issue with the bathroom plumbing smelling a bit sewer-like, but the staff sorted it out quickly. Overall, a cosy stay with friendly service. Would come again!

All the furnishings but no oven glove. Or washing up liquid. Or table cloth. And yes we should have known but there’s enough to pack as it is!

Caravan didn’t have an Iron, and I needed one as I was attending a wedding. I went to reception to ask for one but it never arrived, so I used the laundrettes. The iron int he laundrette had black stuff on it which burnt onto my white shirt. I should have checked it to be fair but other than that, couldn’t fault it.

Long weekend away with family. Small and quiet park which suited us fine. Didn't use pool so can't comment on it. Our caravan was clean and well equipped. Overall a nice relaxing few days away.

Very clean and we'll organised. Club room had a veranda overlooking the play area so kids can play and parents can keep an eye on them while enjoying a drink. Chalet was clean, well maintained and we'll stocked. Beds were comfortable. We didn't try the food so can't comment. We also didn't attend the entertainment so can't comment. Pool was clean and up to date.

Very good site our accommodation was very good and clean on arrival

A good campsite in a beautiful setting and location. The facilities were great, we didn’t use the pool due to time restrictions but the shop and bar were excellent. The caravan was ok, let down by not being particularly clean. There were cobwebs and all the doors were grubby. We didn’t have bed linen for one of the rooms which was rectified but not with enough sheets, and there was a leak from a radiator which I reported but wasn’t repaired. There were several cracks and bits of damage on the kitchen cupboards. None of this affected our stay but the construction work surrounding us did. 2 new bases were being put in and for 3 days there was considerable noise from the work, and it made for an unsightly view. The manager of the site gave us a complementary breakfast for our inconvenience. We went out everyday but if you were hoping to have a quiet break sitting in your caravan it would have been intolerable.

Loved our holiday here and loved the facilities. Perfect for everyone. The soft play was great as a little activity for our toddler. The arcade was clean and a nice size. The show room was good for a bit of entertainment and a sit down. The pool was clean and big.
