Lodge was amazing, booking inis at 4 .but had to wait till 4.40 in which I wasnt happy about with children .feel that booking in at 4 is a day wasted and then to be told that you have to be out by 9 isn't justified .overall excellent holiday .would definitely go back

Stayed for a weekend break here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Stayed in Golden Oak Lochside and the lodge itself was very modern and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and it was all very clean. Lovely big hot tub as well. We felt the 9am check out was a little too early. Great location. We were a group of 6 women and had to go to reception several times to ask for toilet roll as the amount and quality wasn’t great. The main downside to the stay was ordering dinner at 4pm for a 6pm delivering having been advised to order around 2 hours before it’s needed. At 5:20 received a call from reception to say they weren’t able to fulfil our order as it was too busy and we had left it too late. This was really disappointing as we were relying on that food for dinner. We had to go into Callander to get food as the Chinese delivery was cash only. Otherwise we enjoyed our weekend and would go back.

Cabin lovly.not being able to park next to when we had log of unloading to do was hard after long journey.No where to let dogs of leads for a run

Absolutely amazing! can’t believe there is a place like this 1hr drive from Edinburgh it’s like another world! everything was perfect wish we booked for more than just 4 days.,appreciate you having us and I will be booking again very soon ?
