Beautiful caravan

Our caravan this time was not as nice as our precious visits, even though it was the same spec as our last visit. It appeared to be older and a little ‘tired’. There were a few issues with the caravan on arrival, such cleaning not being very thorough, lights not working, TV remote control missing, which were attended too immediately.

I think it was very pricey for what we got, caravan very old looking.

Great place to stay!

The pictures at the time of booking was so nice tempted me to book the caravan. When we arrived got the surprised how it looked. Decking area had no view only trees, which was full of spiders and ant. And table and chairs were so dirty could not enjoy the warm weather at all. Inside all good but do need a upgrade on sofas and beds. And please do bring your wiping cloth as there wasn't any provided had to use my own microfibre cloth. But was impressed with the update provided by an email as we arrived late.

The caravan was very nice. It was nice to have a dishwasher and there was everything you needed in the caravan.

We booked to come here as previously visited in 2021 and we really enjoyed our stay. We have just visited again in May 2025 and the reason I have left 3 starts is because the cleanliness of the lodges this time around were very poor. There were an ants all over the kitchen and the lodges were poorly cleaned, the paintwork on the walls definitely need TLC, the whole place felt grubby. We did not have much interaction with the staff however the one occasion we did book an activity through reception the lady had no clue and had to keep radioing through to the pool for help and seemed quite miserable. Staff at the bar seemed friendly and helpful and drinks were reasonably priced. Food was ok, decent sized portions on the kids meals. We had the curry one evening and it was definitely an overpriced ready meal. Pizzas were good.

A lovely place, It would be great to have a little more information on what we need to bring example toilet roll, you gave indication you supplied it but once it was gone we had to buy it. I would rather you not supply or supplied it There was great staff and a lovely location! It Was tidy well looked after and wasn’t far from the Newquay centre. I would recommend some more entertainment! But, other than that I would definitely come again! :))))

The lodge was looking quite tired and not up their usual cleanliness.

Great for us all.Has 2 separate toilets. Open living area. Just worked for us with twins that are 2.

Caravan was great.

Nice caravan. Some of the cooking utensils were a bit worse for wear and being a dog caravan, some of the carpet did have a slight odour. Other than that, no issues.

Lodge was dirty, ended up coming home early as it was terrible!!!

Excellent Caravan Plenty of room in a 2 bedroom For 2 adults and 1 dog.

Everything you need in a stay, very happy with our accommodation

Very pleasant, would recommend it!

The Premier lodge was great. There were 6 of us and, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms no one had to wait for facilities. It was obviously an old unit, but perfectly clean and adequate. We had no problems and used everything offered - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. - and all worked perfectly. Plenty of parking on tarmac provided, and outdoor space for the children. Lovely views all round.

We had a lovely last minute 2 night break over Easter. We stayed in a pet friendly Wadebridge 2. We found the property to be perfectly equipped with plenty of room for all of us. The fridge, bathrooms, kitchen etc were spotless but it was obvious that furniture hadn't been moved in a very long time as the carpets behind the sofa and bed were thick with dust. This wouldn't stop us from visiting again. The surroundings were all very well kept, and we liked how we were in a little road off the main road, with only 6 or so caravans. It was very peaceful.

Would use again but furniture was worn and needs to be replaced. A deep clean is needed as cigarette ash and butts were found on and around door frame. Dirty sock found down radiator.

Overall, we found the caravan pretty comfy and well kitted out, though we did notice a bit of dust and some smudges on the TV and fire surround. It’s nicely equipped but missing eggcups and only had three hangers, which was a bit limiting. Still, a decent stay!

The site was easy to get too, location was very central, Staff are friendly and helpful and have good local knowledge. The facilities are clean and accessable and there is a good range of activities on the timetable

Lovely place to stay, caravan was lovely and clean would give 10/10 to stay in, staff was lovely and polite and would help you if needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more play areas for children like swings slides ect as there was not much activity for young ones to entertain outside. Always pre book the restaurant as we got turned away because we didn’t book a table and they told us we had to get the takeaway option and go back to the caravan to eat it. They wouldn’t let us eat it at the table we were sat on. Although it’s a family resort the bar called last orders most days at 21.30. So maybe extend it.

Great holiday resort lovely accommodation very clean! Only disappointment was the restaurant very restricted opening times!

Brilliant holiday park. Lots of things for kids to do, they loved everything about it. The caravans were superb, clean, plenty of room and lovely site.

The lodge was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were amazingly helpful and so kind and polite. The reception and main centre was wonderful with a lovely pool and spa, fantastic restaurant with good quality food at a very reasonable price, lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sunny weather. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Great location for what we needed to explore Cornwall and it's beautiful beaches. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic place, lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Location was lovely and quiet. Facilities were great and goactive activites were brilliant and very well organised. Accommodation was modern and very clean. Would 100% come back next year.

Fantastic time at piran meadows, clean van, towels and baths miniatures plus washing up and tea packages which was a very unexpected welcome touch. Early check in phone call from staff member once van had been cleaned so an absolute bonus. Staff helpful, professional and when we had a problem with our fridge they sent someone to look at straight away to fix it. Facilities clean and very well laid out. Kids loved the Astro/pool/splash pool, pool tables. Only gripe was availability of the bar/food being open for longer in peak times but overall a fantastic stay central to everything. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a Wadebridge 2 carvan and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and facilities. Little extras such as washing up items, shower items etc.. were a lovely touch. Park was in a great location and I was able to easily access local beaches and towns by car. Staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Pool was basic but great on rainy days and being able to use the sauna / steam room was great. The site is quieter than others but that is what I was looking for on this particular holiday so a thumbs up from us. We had a lovely week.
