After 11 years, it’s really showing its age. Not as clean or well-maintained as it used to be, sadly. Could do with some TLC!

Really decent for what you pay

Comfortable and well-equipped, we enjoyed every moment in it!

The lodge itself was pretty nice, but the outside decking really needs a good jet wash. It had green mould all over the steps and decking, which was quite off-putting. Also, the old garden furniture was just piled up at the bottom, making it look messy. Disappointing really!

The lodge was lovely, but honestly, it’s starting to look a bit worn out. The sofa’s quite faded and needs some sprucing up. A bit of TLC wouldn’t hurt!

The shop didn't have much choice, but the bar and food impressed us.

We had a lovely stay at this dog-friendly lodge with a hot tub. The place was pretty clean overall and it didn’t smell like dogs which was a relief! The bathrooms were all tidy, though they could do with a bit of updating as they’re starting to look a bit worn. The carpets had some stains, but that’s to be expected in a pet-friendly spot. The hot tub was fantastic and spacious too. We’d definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Piran Meadows, definitely a peaceful spot, perfect for families. Checking in and out was a breeze and we appreciated having all the info we needed beforehand. Our boys, aged 9 and 12, loved playing football and basketball nearby, which kept them entertained and gave us some relaxing moments. The caravan was spotlessly clean, warm and super comfy - they even provided tea, coffee, milk, sugar and cleaning supplies, which was a nice touch. We did miss having a hot tub this time, but honestly, the overall value for money was really good. We’d happily return!

We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was spacious and well-equipped. However, the strong smell in the bedrooms was a bit off-putting, probably due to being pet friendly, including the bedding.

We stayed in a dog-friendly lodge and honestly, it felt a bit disappointing. Since we paid extra for bringing our dog, I expected a nicer place, but it seemed like we got an older, well-worn lodge instead. The location was superb, with lovely views and the hot tub was a highlight-clean, warm and checked daily. The decor was quite floral, which wasn’t really our taste and the sofas were old and stained-definitely not enough for six people to sit comfortably, just two small two-seaters. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances, but the cupboards and worktops were chipped and looking a bit tired. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfy, which was nice. However, the rest of the lodge looked quite grubby-paintwork chipped, skirting boards dirty. The TVs were old, dusty and lacked smart features. We liked the layout and the location, but inside, it could’ve been a lot nicer.

The facilities really impressed us! The indoor pool was perfect for the kids and the sauna and steam room were genuinely top-notch. We’ll definitely return.

Really cosy and well equipped

Honestly, we expected more from this place. It was pretty run-down, with rusty radiators and broken stuff like the kitchen tap. Both TVs had no signal and it just felt neglected overall. Not worth the money.

We loved our stay! The caravan was really roomy and cosy, with everything we needed, including freeview TV and decent Wi-Fi. The peaceful, spaced-out setting made it perfect for a relaxing break.

Overall, we had a decent stay. The place was tidy and the beds really were super comfy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. We did encounter the boiler acting up three times, which was a bit of a pain. Also, there was a faint wet dog scent, even though we didn’t ask for a pet-friendly caravan. Still, we enjoyed our time!

Quick, simple, no fuss

The van is super cosy and clean, perfect for winter trips! Would recommend.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed. The place was filthy and really run down. The sofa looked beyond saving and there was black mould in the showers. A proper deep clean and some redecorating would make a big difference, especially removing that stained carpet. It could be lovely with a bit of effort!

The site was easy to get too, location was very central, Staff are friendly and helpful and have good local knowledge. The facilities are clean and accessable and there is a good range of activities on the timetable

Lovely place to stay, caravan was lovely and clean would give 10/10 to stay in, staff was lovely and polite and would help you if needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more play areas for children like swings slides ect as there was not much activity for young ones to entertain outside. Always pre book the restaurant as we got turned away because we didn’t book a table and they told us we had to get the takeaway option and go back to the caravan to eat it. They wouldn’t let us eat it at the table we were sat on. Although it’s a family resort the bar called last orders most days at 21.30. So maybe extend it.

Brilliant holiday park. Lots of things for kids to do, they loved everything about it. The caravans were superb, clean, plenty of room and lovely site.

The lodge was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were amazingly helpful and so kind and polite. The reception and main centre was wonderful with a lovely pool and spa, fantastic restaurant with good quality food at a very reasonable price, lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sunny weather. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Fantastic place, lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Location was lovely and quiet. Facilities were great and goactive activites were brilliant and very well organised. Accommodation was modern and very clean. Would 100% come back next year.

Fantastic time at piran meadows, clean van, towels and baths miniatures plus washing up and tea packages which was a very unexpected welcome touch. Early check in phone call from staff member once van had been cleaned so an absolute bonus. Staff helpful, professional and when we had a problem with our fridge they sent someone to look at straight away to fix it. Facilities clean and very well laid out. Kids loved the Astro/pool/splash pool, pool tables. Only gripe was availability of the bar/food being open for longer in peak times but overall a fantastic stay central to everything. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a Wadebridge 2 carvan and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and facilities. Little extras such as washing up items, shower items etc.. were a lovely touch. Park was in a great location and I was able to easily access local beaches and towns by car. Staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Pool was basic but great on rainy days and being able to use the sauna / steam room was great. The site is quieter than others but that is what I was looking for on this particular holiday so a thumbs up from us. We had a lovely week.
