Clean and tidy accommodation, but was very tired and in need of renovation.friendly staff, good facilities on site.

Very helpful staff definitely 5 stars for them.Caravan was poor, needed a good clean and some maintenance required.

St Austell 2 caravan was fully equipped for our stay. Lovely and clean. Plenty of room and in a great location for the reception and pool

Excellent value for money, everything was in good condition and clean. Hot tub was excellent and tested everyday. Location of the caravan was perfect, plenty of bins within a mins walk.

We booked this last minute and the price we paid was what we would have expected for this caravan. If we had paid full price I’m not sure it would have been worth it.

Nice dog friendly caravan with decking at the front & a good standard of build inside too.We stayed in number 35, which was unfortunately right by the railway line & was woken up at 7am by the first train every morning, but wasn't a big problem.

Plenty of room the hot tub was very clean and checked every day.

Caravan was clean apart from stain on sofa. However, rust on radiators & the outside patio furniture wasn't what you would want to sit on.

Taps and door handles were falling off. Light fittings were hanging out. The hot tub was dirty and not filled. We had stains on the bed sheets and walls. A big hole in the door to the decking. Lights in the kitchen didn’t work and one of the windows in the bedroom didn’t close. We also didn’t have a fire extinguisher in the lodge which I’m pretty sure is against health and safety regulations.

Caravan was comfy, the hot tub was great (although didn’t work 100%). There were some maintenance issues throughout. Caravan needs some tlc.

The lodge/caravan we had in it's self very spacious for six people but quite basic for the price. Could do with some storage in bedrooms a wardrobe is not enough, shelves or draws would be good. Beds comfortable. Overall clean. Remotes to TV's could do with replacing, sticky tape on the backs.... Facilities good, play areas for children. Bar and food a good standard.

The accomodation has certainly seen better days. We reported several issues to reception and were told someone would come out to sort but unfortunately this never happened. Cleaning wasn't 100% with cobwebs in several places and dirty floors and carpets. Such a shame as this was always one of our favourite places.

St Austell 3 is big caravan home with lots space between each caravan and 3 bedrooms are big l love this caravan

Had everything we needed but needed some updates. Rusty table and chairs on the decking. Lack of cutlery and plates but any issues resolved quickly by maintenance staff

Did not have enough comfy cushions and the grill tray to put the tray on was missing. The WIFI was very slow compared to other caravans I have stayed in.

Great location, clean, spacious and highly recommend.

The only problem i had was the cuboards were full of dust.No other complaints

This accommodation is brilliant. The location on the site is perfect to access the facilities. It has everything needed for a small family self catering. Clean and comfortable.

Great caravan with all the equipment as detailed - 3 bedrooms, bathroom and one en suite - space was used well, all the kitchen equipment appeared to be new and in great condition and the biggest bonus for us was they provided towels, toilet paper, bathmats and tea towels, washing up liquid and a washing up sponge - absolutely amazing!

The hot tub and size of decking is a massive plus and they are well spaced out but I do feel the accommodation needs a little tlc. New curtains Carpets mattresses and sofas and coffee tables and the outdoor furniture has definitely seen better days the rest are starting to become worn and old they haven’t changed since when I first visited the site years ago.

The site was easy to get too, location was very central, Staff are friendly and helpful and have good local knowledge. The facilities are clean and accessable and there is a good range of activities on the timetable

Lovely place to stay, caravan was lovely and clean would give 10/10 to stay in, staff was lovely and polite and would help you if needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more play areas for children like swings slides ect as there was not much activity for young ones to entertain outside. Always pre book the restaurant as we got turned away because we didn’t book a table and they told us we had to get the takeaway option and go back to the caravan to eat it. They wouldn’t let us eat it at the table we were sat on. Although it’s a family resort the bar called last orders most days at 21.30. So maybe extend it.

Great holiday resort lovely accommodation very clean! Only disappointment was the restaurant very restricted opening times!

Brilliant holiday park. Lots of things for kids to do, they loved everything about it. The caravans were superb, clean, plenty of room and lovely site.

The lodge was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were amazingly helpful and so kind and polite. The reception and main centre was wonderful with a lovely pool and spa, fantastic restaurant with good quality food at a very reasonable price, lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sunny weather. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Great location for what we needed to explore Cornwall and it's beautiful beaches. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic place, lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Location was lovely and quiet. Facilities were great and goactive activites were brilliant and very well organised. Accommodation was modern and very clean. Would 100% come back next year.

Fantastic time at piran meadows, clean van, towels and baths miniatures plus washing up and tea packages which was a very unexpected welcome touch. Early check in phone call from staff member once van had been cleaned so an absolute bonus. Staff helpful, professional and when we had a problem with our fridge they sent someone to look at straight away to fix it. Facilities clean and very well laid out. Kids loved the Astro/pool/splash pool, pool tables. Only gripe was availability of the bar/food being open for longer in peak times but overall a fantastic stay central to everything. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a Wadebridge 2 carvan and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and facilities. Little extras such as washing up items, shower items etc.. were a lovely touch. Park was in a great location and I was able to easily access local beaches and towns by car. Staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Pool was basic but great on rainy days and being able to use the sauna / steam room was great. The site is quieter than others but that is what I was looking for on this particular holiday so a thumbs up from us. We had a lovely week.
